Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had a dutchbros. The girl with a bunch of piercings and dyed hair working the window was incredibly rude and uninviting. When we said something agee attitude she got even more rude and said “i’m human, i’m allowed to have a bad day.” Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you should make it a customers problem. You gotta fake it till you make it when working a customer service job. I had a bad day too but you don’t see me making it anybody else’s problem because it’s not. I’ve never been so appalled at someone attitude when helping a customer, makes me debate even going back.

Iced Hazelnut Truffle is the best drink in my opinion.. Really liked the Annihilater, than got hooked on the Double Torture…. But the iced latte that is the best in my opinion hands down would have to be the Iced Hazelnut Truffle!

Do not buy gift cards from this location. They do not load the money on the card, so you’ll spend days trying to get ahold of someone to help. Bought a gift card recently for a family member, they went to Dutch Bros and they were told there’s nothing on the card. We live almost an hour away from a DB location, and it’s been a nightmare to get ahold of them. Their chat system in the app is broken along with their phones too.

The fact that I tipped the baristas ( i know, my mistake) only to have them throw ice at me as I left told me everything I need to know about this company. No apology, just laughter. Never spending another dollar here as they hire idiots.
It’s a fire in window and the also have a walk up window. Both are convenient very nice people there
