I’ve been going to this same Dutch bros for 2 years now, and I used to love it. Ever since they let Aiden go and switched to corporate ran, everything has changed and not for the good. I used to pull up and my drink would already be ready, now I’m having to explain the same drink every single day because it’s just a revolving door of employees that are never the same, except Brandon and one other. My drink is never consistent anymore and most of the time does not taste good, though the current employees are nice.. BRING AIDEN BACK.

Went through drive thru. Nicest staff EVER! Their iced coffee was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend! THIS IS A DRIVE-THRU OR WALK-UP TO THE COUNTER PLACE. There's no dining area.

Because of their drive way set up, one lane was blocked making it to where you can’t do the zig zag. So we all piled up in one lane. They then opened it up and took alllll the cars in the new lane first. Ended up waiting 20 minutes to order when I was 3rd in line initially. Lame. They need better system.
