Drinks are great. Service is great. Just don’t understand why there is a tipping option when it’s a drive through and the price of the drinks are already high enough as they are. If their employees aren’t making enough, the company needs to pay better.

Had a protein coffee. The portion was huge. Price was a bit high but not too crazy. Flavor was okay not too sweet which is good. Not the best espresso drink but also better than average.

Well, it finally happened. I have been to Dutch Brothers in about 10 states in the last 11 years and yesterday they messed it up. I ordered a Caramelizer and am not sure what I got. I should have gone back, but didn't want to wait in line. I got a blended coffee with milk. I ordered sugar free so maybe they were confused. I have had this MANY times and know what it is supposed to be, but this time we had an epic fail. Please remind the Broistas what to do and make sure they are trained. We have so many restaurants these days that can't get things right and Dutch Brothers has been a leader in quality. Let's keep up the quality....I really don't like the OTHER place.(You know who I mean)

went to this location today and everyone was so rude and cranky. maybe they were out too late on halloween or something, but that’s not a reason to be rude to your customers. they had 1 of the 3 lanes closed down so only 2 were open .. 1 of the lanes was completely full so i went in the other 1. when it was time to merge into 1 lane, a large truck couldn’t pass without hitting the curb so he waved me on to go in front of him. then, an employee came to window asking if the drink she had was mine and i told her no that i just got here and she said “so you cut 4 people in the line” and just walked away. then, when i got to the window i guess she had told everyone that i “skipped” so everyone there was rude too. the lady that took my order just looked at me without asking what i wanted and then couldn’t hear my girlfriend so she shouted “WHAT?!” instead of asking politely for her to say it again.

overall, very bad experience with dutch today. i’ll be going to 7brew from now on where no one yells at us or gets mad for customer going in the shortest lane like we are told to do. if you don’t want to deal with customers “skipping” don’t have 3 lanes. it’s that simple.

My drink was made incorrectly, and I let the barista at the window know and they took the drink back. They proceeded to add the missing modifications on top of the drink (the base drink was still wrong) and it overflows. They put the lid on, wiped off some of the syrup from the cup, and handed it to me. They then said “it’s a little full” and left the window. The drink cup was covered in milk/coffee/syrups and the foam on top was spilling up and over the sides. I went to another Dutch bros, and they remade it for me. I didn’t feel comfortable asking the barista to make it again, because I felt they were rude and probably wouldn’t make it right the third time. 0/10 would not come back to this location.

I’ve never written a review before. I thought about if I wanted to write it or not because this used to be my favorite location. I come to this location all the time and I usually always get good service. Because of this experience with this employee , I’ll be taking my business to I-45 near spring high school. Bony white chick named Zen needs an attitude adjustment! I came on Friday around 12:30 and I usually get a cookie chai with 2extra shots. So I wanted to venture out and try a Tea! I asked Zen “how’s the tea here? Which one do you prefer?” She gave me a dirty look and said “I dont drink the tea here so idk.” I proceeded to ask her if you can add actual rebel into the tea instead of the rebel shots. She goes “ummmm yeah?” In a rude tone. So I asked for a tropical sweet tea with 3 rebel shots. She said “so no rebel? Just the shots” in an annoyed tone. I replied “yes I’m so sorry! I just want to try out the rebel shots to see how it tastes.” She rolled her eyes and then asked if I had my app. Then she proceeded to shove the iPad in my face for a tip. I usually get told “It’s going to ask a question” by the other baristas before leaving a tip. Not having the iPad shoved so close to my face without warning. I also usually leave a $4 tip but I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t tip. I asked her name and she told me “Zen , why?” I just said no reason and still even thanked her for my drink after her being so rude. She goes “OF COURSE” in a high pitched sarcastic tone. I immediately drove away and I cried a bit. I was already having a bad day and I specifically came to Dutch because I always feel better after ordering my drink. But Zen made my day a bit worse in that moment. She doesn’t need to be working there having an attitude like that. Imagine how many other customers she’s spoken to that way. Very poor customer service skills. I will be taking my business to I-45 now. If I do come back , I will request for her to NOT take my order and I will be tipping everyone individually cash except for her.

I’d give 17 stars for service if I could! I frequent a few different Dutch bros locations and this one has ALWAYS hooked me up. The staff is so cool, always THE friendliest, and their coffee puts Starbucks to shame.

Vegetarian options: A huge assortment of dairy-free creamers, which I appreciate as an unfortunate lactose intolerant ?

I’ve been frequenting this Dutch Bros drive thru for the past year. Both the staff and service are great!

For new comers, I suggest trying Golden Eagle, Annihilator, Caramelizer, and their seasonal drink Caramel pumpkin brûlée breve.

I have been going to Dutch Bros for about a decade now beginning when I was stationed in the PNW. I understand that this is a new market for franchises and that it takes time to train up staff. However, I can say that over the last 2 years of going to this location and the one on Gosling, both have very similar issues. The staff is always nice, but I cannot even begin to count the number of orders I have received that were completely wrong; iced instead of hot or the other way around, mocha instead of hot chocolate for my kid, milk in a dairy free order, or just not the size I paid for. Coffee is expensive, I tip on top of that, that tip is to make sure when I get to the window what I asked for on the tablet is what I get in my hand. Maybe the music is at a level that makes it hard to hear the order, maybe they get busy and make a mistake. Forgive a mistake but call out a behavior and I am out of patience. I used to go every morning out of my way to get my thermos filled before heading to base, my wife has a 6ft² poster covered in yalls stickers. But I can't keep coming here if when I leave it is with the wrong drink.

Me and my girlfriend got two iced rebel energy drinks and we asked for light ice as we normally do. Although when we got our drinks both of them were missing a quarter of a drink. Even though we were not told it would cost us less of a drink if we got light ice. When we talked to the manager maddie that we weren't told it would have less of the drink and if she could fill it to the top she told us that if we wanted it to be filled to the top we would have to pay for another whole drink and its a store wide policy. Even though every other dutch bros I normally go to will still fill it to the top if you get light ice. If we paid for a medium it should be full and not just told in a passive aggressive tone “ sorry no one told you before paying”. Unhelpful customer service and cheap business practices to save a buck on product.
