I’m a huge Dutch Bros fan and this was the most unorganized location I’ve ever been to. I placed my order on the mobile order app almost 15 minutes before I showed up and it was still not ready when I got there not only that my order is the same every time and is favored it in the Dutch Bros app as half sweet. After the rep handed me my drink it was extra sweet and she claimed that the tickets had extra suite. And again is favorited as half sweet. Obviously I said something to get my drink half sweet because I wasn’t trying to have a sugar attack and then she gave me the drink and it’s literally not sweet at all and it actually bitter. I get Dutch Bros all the time and this is like the first location that was completely not with, very disappointed and will probably not come back to this location again.

have to be honest — Dutch Bros isn’t my go-to spot for coffee. While their drinks are definitely creative and packed with flavor, I find the syrup to be a bit too oily for my taste. It can feel heavy, especially in the sweeter drinks. That said, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seems to love what they do. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, which is a big plus in my book.
My husband, on the other hand, is a huge fan. He loves the bold flavors and variety of options, so it’s definitely a hit with those who enjoy rich, sweet coffee drinks. If you’re looking for a place with lots of personality and enthusiastic service, Dutch Bros is definitely worth checking out. For me, it’s not quite the right fit, but I can definitely appreciate why it’s so popular with others.

I come here every single day to get coffee before work today around 6:30 am there was a long line it was pretty busy and this girl dont know her name sadly): complimented my scrubs shes was so so nice and i saw her being nice to everyone even tho it was pretty packed she forsure loves her job she just seems so happy will come here every single day if i can (all the staff is incredible) ❤️☕️

I absolutely love coming to Dutch Bros, and one of the biggest reasons is my favorite barista, Val! Every time I stop by for my iced Double Rainbro Rebel, she greets me with the biggest smile and the best energy. Val always brightens my day with her upbeat vibe she’s just awesome!

Every time I swing by, I know I’m going to get a delicious, refreshing beverage, whether it’s their sweet, creamy lattes or their energizing cold brews.
