This place is always busy and they always give great service and drinks with practically no wait. My only complaint (totally out of the staffs control) is the Point of Sale system asks for a tip before you actually get your order. I feel this limits the size of the tips the crew gets as I tip the minimum since idk how well my drink will be made.

I go to this coffee shop nearly everyday, it’s in my travel route. The workers are always pretty friendly, it’s rare that I come across one who isn’t. My only complaint is sometimes my coffee is not made consistently. Some days I’ll get the same thing and it’ll taste a little different, more milky or it’ll have less cold foam than it did yesterday when I ordered the exact same thing. So that’s why I did food & service at a 4 rather than 5, because sometimes there are inconsistencies in the taste or my coffee.

i always always have good experience in DutchBros. I just move here from NJ and my husband was recommended to try this place. A THOUSAND times better than starbucks and it’s 5 min from my house. Everyone is so nice, the coffee is delicious, the orange cake….yum. I’ve been telling my entire family outside of TX about dutchbros haha.

We go just about every day to wind down our evening and love the staff at this location. Tyson is just the best! As are everyone else we meet, I don't know all their names to name them! Coffee is great, my daughter switches between coffee and teas and so far hasn't found one she doesn't enjoy.
This location is amazing! I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly and gives you a great smile when you get there. Service is always on point and they really prepare the drinks how you like them. The managers here really is doing a great job and hsve got a great crew ensuring I will continue to go out of my way to stop here!

This place sucks. Second and last time trying it. Every drink seems like false advertisement. Got the strawberry colada and don’t taste any coconut. Just strawberry lemonade. And no I didn’t get the lemonade version.
This and the last drink I got was WAY TOO SWEET. You can taste the chemicals and syrup. It’s like drinking a perfume. Nasty. If it was cheaper, then sure the place has potential. And I don’t think the employees messed it up, I think the formula is messed up bc this is the second drink that gave me the same effect

We come here almost every morning and the environment is awesome. We are always greeted and they remember our order, it's so cool. The drinks are delicious and you can make it less/sweeter if preferred. Love it here!
