This place is always busy and they always give great service and drinks with practically no wait. My only complaint (totally out of the staffs control) is the Point of Sale system asks for a tip before you actually get your order. I feel this limits the size of the tips the crew gets as I tip the minimum since idk how well my drink will be made.
Man I love dutch bros and going to this location makes me enjoy it every time. The staff is always friendly and nice seems like they actually care!!!!!! Because a lot of other people don’t!!!!!!
I go to this coffee shop nearly everyday, it’s in my travel route. The workers are always pretty friendly, it’s rare that I come across one who isn’t. My only complaint is sometimes my coffee is not made consistently. Some days I’ll get the same thing and it’ll taste a little different, more milky or it’ll have less cold foam than it did yesterday when I ordered the exact same thing. So that’s why I did food & service at a 4 rather than 5, because sometimes there...
