I ordered a Mediterranean shrimp bowl online, it turned out that they tried to sub it for shrimp & grits without asking me first - then wanted to charge me for it when I told them to cancel the order. They tried to tell me that the shrimp & grits were really good - and that they had already made it so had to charge me. Ridiculous!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this place was. I got the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and I kid you not, I have not stopped thinking about it. The flavor is so bold and pairs just right with the sauce in the meatloaf and the mashed potatoes. I’m so glad I gave it a shot and will definitely be exploring more of the options. The customer service was excellent as well!

Celiacs unite!!! We need to save this place, because Wisdom Bakery was already closed for not making enough which had the best GF coffee cake in my opinion.
Now there's rumor in the wind that this place may be next. For a person that has a special diet restrictions this really sucks, Eat This was my go to for GF delicious monster size cookies, baked goods, healthy juices and meals, and I never had to worry about cross contamination!
I don't know the reason for the war on small businesses like these down Rayford, but we need to come together and stop it!

These guys are a bit different than your ordinary restaurant. They make everything fresh and package it for anyone who is on the go. They have fantastic food, priced right, prepared excellently with everything you need to fuel you for the day ahead. I absolutely recommend Eat This! Great food and great people!

First time there service was great. Order steak tacos. They got them from the fridge. They had me put in microwave myself to eat on the spot. I'm not used to that. But I guess that's the normal. Tacos lacked seasoning and flavor . The sauce they come with did not help. I wanted to give this place a try while I waited for next door shop to open. There is a ton of taco places in the area. These are not near good to your typical tacos anyone invision.

This is an advanced Mom and pop store and currently the only one. They’re planning a new store in the Woodlands in a month! I’ve had three different things the turkey lasagna the chicken Vietnamese Phat roll And the incredible shrimp and Greats that uses quinoa instead of grits. Everything‘s fantastic and luckily they have a place to sit down and eat and that’s what I’m doing right now so the prices are excellent and it’s as good as any restaurant fair I’ve ever had. She just come in you can get frozen food and get refrigerated food that’s made fresh every day and just take home for dinner and take it out of the container. Nobody would know that you didn’t make a fantastic meal yourself so you could lie!

I really enjoyed the Cheesy Meatballs & Zucchini Spaghetti! 😋 Such a good meal! I did not like the Campfire S’mores cookie at all. Wasn’t for me. I will definitely return to try other meals that were not in stock when I recently placed an order. 🍽️ Reheating instructions and nutrition facts are clearly stated on the packaged item. I appreciate that. Great for easily tracking my food intake. I was also greeted upon entry. Very welcoming! This eatery is decorated nicely. The fast & fresh aspect is great for my lunch break. 🍲 🥘
