First time there service was great. Order steak tacos. They got them from the fridge. They had me put in microwave myself to eat on the spot. I'm not used to that. But I guess that's the normal. Tacos lacked seasoning and flavor . The sauce they come with did not help. I wanted to give this place a try while I waited for next door shop to open. There is a ton of taco places in the area. These are not near good to your typical tacos anyone invision.

This is an advanced Mom and pop store and currently the only one. They’re planning a new store in the Woodlands in a month! I’ve had three different things the turkey lasagna the chicken Vietnamese Phat roll And the incredible shrimp and Greats that uses quinoa instead of grits. Everything‘s fantastic and luckily they have a place to sit down and eat and that’s what I’m doing right now so the prices are excellent and it’s as good as any restaurant fair I’ve ever had. She just come in you can get frozen food and get refrigerated food that’s made fresh every day and just take home for dinner and take it out of the container. Nobody would know that you didn’t make a fantastic meal yourself so you could lie!

I really enjoyed the Cheesy Meatballs & Zucchini Spaghetti! 😋 Such a good meal! I did not like the Campfire S’mores cookie at all. Wasn’t for me. I will definitely return to try other meals that were not in stock when I recently placed an order. 🍽️ Reheating instructions and nutrition facts are clearly stated on the packaged item. I appreciate that. Great for easily tracking my food intake. I was also greeted upon entry. Very welcoming! This eatery is decorated nicely. The fast & fresh aspect is great for my lunch break. 🍲 🥘

Mr Carsten was very helpful Pointed out the shrimp & greats that I had not yet tried. It was amazing! Great portion sizes, even as a diabetic these meals are satisfying my hunger, don’t spike my sugar and taste great! I was wvwn able to enjoy some chocolate chip banana bread, which was excellent 👍🏼👍🏼 shout out to chef and staff for easy, healthy food choices
I drop in a couple times a month for lunch — the portions are super generous and one meal usually lasts me two days. Everything’s always fresh and yummy, and there’s a great mix to choose from. Definitely a favorite spot!

I’ve gone in here a couple times and each meal that I get is incredible. There’s so much flavor and you can tell they don’t skimp on the seasoning. I also love how satisfying the portions are. Im never still hungry after I’m done. Everything tasted like fresh ingredients and it’s excellent go to for a healthy/high protein meal. This will be a new regular spot of mine.

I was recently asked at work to help coordinate catering for a corporate event while our office manager was out. Since the choice was left up to me, I decided to go with something I personally enjoy—healthy food—especially to avoid that heavy, post-lunch slump during presentations.
I’m so glad I came across Eat This. The food was not only healthy, but also delicious—something you don’t always expect from healthier options. Two team members who are celiac were also able to enjoy the meal, thanks to the thoughtful and inclusive menu.
I’m now planning to contact them for a family meal plan—definitely a new favorite!
