I just recently found this place and it is safe to say this is the BEST prepped food I have ever had. The owner & her daughter are beyond sweet. They go above and beyond to learn names, speak to customers and share recommendations! 10/10 recommend!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this place was. I got the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and I kid you not, I have not stopped thinking about it. The flavor is so bold and pairs just right with the sauce in the meatloaf and the mashed potatoes. I’m so glad I gave it a shot and will definitely be exploring more of the options. The customer service was excellent as well!

Celiacs unite!!! We need to save this place, because Wisdom Bakery was already closed for not making enough which had the best GF coffee cake in my opinion.

Now there's rumor in the wind that this place may be next. For a person that has a special diet restrictions this really sucks, Eat This was my go to for GF delicious monster size cookies, baked goods, healthy juices and meals, and I never had to worry about cross contamination!
