I waited around for 10-15 minutes, said hello in both English and Spanish. Nobody ever came out. I can hear ladies talking in the back probably gossiping. Just terrible. I came during my quick 30 minute lunch break hoping to get a quick snack.

Customer service is horrible and a few of the workers don’t look too sanitary.(Food all on there face and apron) I understand it is a Spanish speaking establishment but knowing basic English to interact with customer service is a necessity. Please hire new team members who understand customer service is a priority language barrier or not.

Every time I come in here there is already somebody checking out. That’s not a problem, but what IS a problem is how they will act like they didn’t see me come in and wait while they got the first person’s order and start talking to the next person they think may speak Spanish. Completely slipping me. This has happened the last 4 times I’ve come here, and I always forget why, but am soon reminded.

Ordered nachos and the chips were stale and hard. The food quality here is hit or miss, and they will try to give you things past their expiration date.
We love this place because it is very nice to spend time with the family and they have the best ice cream and the staff is very friendly

This has to be the most horrible place to buy anything they hustled us by giving us 4 16oz elotes cups full of water all 4 of them. Called and personnel had no customer service skills calling us a liar.. here some pics. I wish I could do zero stars.

Walked in no one was in there except for the employees and nobody greeted me until 10 minutes after. My corn was watery when I wanted them to change it they said no. I will not be returning!

Customer service is sup-par. Have visited when it was packed and empty. Either way, the customer service is slow and very unengaged. I waited 20+minutes for my family to get our food. 2 items out of the 4 were just ice cream. The store itself is tiny (not their fault). But they don't keep it clean. We had to clean off our own table and step on Granola and ice cream on the floor. Food is good and pretty fresh but it doesn't really make up for the bad experiences. May have to try a different location.Save the hassle and order on the app for pickup.
