HAIR IN FOOD. Manager didnt even want to speak with me. Ive been a customer for years because this has been my favorite place to eat, unfortunately after this its a no. Terrible customer service and disgusting above is my original complaint, I was told to reach out and I have now multiple times. my food has NOT been refunded. the service is becoming unacceptable.

We're from out of town, we came through and stopped for supper, it was very good, the food had great flavor, and the options were just right, not to many, not to few, the service was good too. I wanst a fan of the salsa, it was watery and oniony to me. The queso made up for it.

This is my favorite Mexican spot, we literally go there once a week. The staff greets and treats everyone with such gratitude for their patrons. The margaritas are consistent every time, and the bartenders remember what you order, and make it without asking what you want. I recommend this place 100%

OMG, do you have new owners, new cooks, granted we came last night which was a Friday evening but wow, we had 7 people so💵 but the fajitas were so bland, no seasoning and no guacamole, no peppers, no cheese, nothing, had to ask for the tortillas, waited so long for our drinks and the waiter said, oh the bar is busy. had to ask for chips and salsa, they add 3 percent to the bill for a card, they weren't friendly, the churros were dry with no sauce. I asked for refried beans and I got charro. I've been coming here for lots of life celebrations all with great memories, food and service but something has changed and I can honestly say that I won't be back. it's sad, I understand that everything is really expensive right now and we're all paying for it but we expect you to live up to your reputation and do better. I was so embarrassed because it was my birthday and my family was paying for everything. I hope you hire some good cooks in the future. I've been one other time recently by myself and same thing, I got chicken tacos and zero flavor. I didn't get chips or salsa and it was 230 pm on a Tues. I'm disappointed 😞

I had been to this restaurant about 10 years ago and had not come back due to bad experience. I decided to give it another try but was a terrible decision: we ordered beef fajitas that were tasteless (they forgot to condiment them!) and were chewy too. The rest of the food was bland. Our waiter had an attitude too that didn’t help. Never coming back to this place. There are better places than this one, and still don’t know why is so popular.

The food was amazing. The salsa - give me a straw! The rice and cheese enchiladas, best I've had in a long time! Service is wonderful too! GO, you will not regret.

I was decided to give this place a try while visiting family in Spring. Food was a bit too salty and the meats were tough/overcooked… I mentioned my dish was “tough” to the server, and he simply said okay and walked away? Wish he would’ve at least pretended to be concerned or offered something.

Gratuity was already included in our bill, just a heads up since the receipt prompting for extra tip can be confusing!

Everytime I have come here the servers have been slow. The place is normally not too busy. Wait times seem unreasonable. The food is good and they have a rather large menu. Pricing is reasonable.
