I was very surprised to find this place! I was immediately impressed by the cozy, warm ambience. The service was fantastic and the food was as good or better than any of the big franchise places that you’ll find in The Woodlands.

Why is this restaurant not always packed with a line out the door? We love El Portal and eat here weekly. The staff are super nice and do a great job. The food is awesome no matter what we all order. Its such a smal, quiet, nice place to have a meal where you can actually hear each other talk and have a nice conversation. It's one of our favorite restaurants for sure.

We just discovered this fine little Mexican restaurant in Oak Ridge. They’ve been open for a couple years. With so many Mexican restaurants around this one seems to be one of the best authentic Mexican cuisine in the area.

This is now our favorite Mexican restaurant! Everything tasted fresh and delicious and the raspberry Margaritas are on point. Super clean and very nice decor! The location is hidden but it’s easy to get to it and it has plenty of parking space!
