Came twice during "open hours" the joint is closed each time I went hours prior to closing. Kinda annoying.

Very clean and modern ambience with friendly staff both times I've gotten daiquiris here. The first time I walked inside, the second time I knew what I wanted so I hit the drive thru. The taste and frozen consistency is perfect, even after taking them all the way home. I didn't take a sip until after 15 mins and still got painful brain-freeze because I can't sip slowly and it's got that nice fine ice. They aren't made with actual rum or any other liquor, but I was curious after reading that one negative review and searched the TABC public records for every other daiquiri shop I could find in the greater Houston area, and the ones that do it to-go like this all have the same BG alcohol license, so it's not a factor. They taste just as good as New Orleans, the buzz is probably the same (although shall we say in New Orleans the variable isn't isolated), and the prices are higher in New Orleans, at least in the touristy spots. This is a fun little boozy treat close enough to home.

Store hours are incorrect. Got to the store at 9:28pm on a Thursday and they were closed.
