Fantastic staff! Fred made my day. He was so warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his job. Employees like him keep customers coming back. I've been there many times and everyone who works there is so nice- it elevates the experience.
The food is always great!
On April 28, 2025 I placed an online order went to pick up my order when entering there were 3 employees two ladies one was at the registrar the other was at the sandwich station both looked right at me no hello just still talking to eachother I was waiting to see if they were going to stop talking the young man from the back asked me how can I help you. I informed him I have an online order told him my name he walked over to get my order was right there where the two employees ladies was talking. They need to really work on their customer service. It should not never take an employee from the back to help when you had two employees already at the front of the store already. That could of helped me.
Quick and easy for food, and always good food and service.
The employees were all very nice.

Zero stars. Never again. Ordered hook & ladder. Ubereats. First & last time ordering. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼taste too sweet. Bread mediocre. I’ll stick to potbelly. Even subway is better than this place.
When you find out you have to buy something when you redeem your points, you want people like Veronica and Brenda helping you! They were so nice I didn’t mind buying a bag of chips!! Thank you ladies.
Sulma offered great service! Highly recommend. Quality of food was also great.

Best firehouse I’ve ever been too. A1 service, stellar food and great atmosphere. Special shoutout to Sulma, Lorena and Ms. J for the great experience.
