Ordered a burger and large fry. Large fry cup want full not food they drop additional fries in the bag (not sure if this is not the norm anymore) burger only had ketchup, mustard, lettuce and cheese. Burger was soggy and an absolute mess and fries where cold over salted. Extremity disappointed for the cost of a premium burger and fries i was expecting better.

The evening of 10/22/2025, I watched one of the most despicable displays of cheese burger creation ever done and insult to my intelligence. The cook took a slice of cold cheese, rubbed it on the grill with his hand for a few seconds and slapped it on my burger. When I addressed it with the manager, he took out a second slice, did the same thing and slapped it on my burger... In an asserted efforted challenge and afront. This is ridiculous that you cannot get a cheeseburger with the cheese melted on the meat nice and hot. Oh, not to mention, the manager and crew defended the action stating this is how its' done at 5 guys. I got a call from the general manager who said the same thing this morning. Oh, just in case you are wondering, I am a blackman!!!
So the 6 patties with cheese prepared prior to mine for the white family ahead me, their burgers were left on the grill with the cheese on top to melt slowly and gently.
Seems RACE matters at Five Guys, when it comes to cold and hot cheese on burgers!!!!!!!!!!

It’s how you all do it. Cold cheese on a single patty burger….OK. Sorry five guys, I prefer nice warm melted cheese on my patties.

Pathetic!! Every single damn! Time I get me a burger from here it never fails , I get home and the oder is completely wrong! $50 dang dollars for 2 burgers. And for them to not even get it right is ridiculous! Simple! I want No veggies on my burger!! them , oh ok let's put everything on his burger. No excuses !

The cheeseburger I had was awesome! Cooked to perfection! They also gave me tons of fresh made fries! They have unshelled peanuts for free to munch on while waiting for order! No restaurant today gives free food out to their customers! Very friendly customer service too!!!

Place was nice and clean. Ordered a double meat cheese burger w/everything. Fries and a drink. It was DELICIOUS. Hot fresh and so tasty just the way I like it. The service great. I highly recommend this place if you have not tried. 🌶🌶🌶🌶
