Made our first batch this afternoon. Perfectly paired with overcast skies and hot tea. Easy-peasy effort to make these, and the reward is BIG! #iatethedoughbeforeievenbakedthedough
This shortbread is outstanding! I have made it 6 times now, and I’m ready to order more. Here is a trick...buy a small shortbread pan and bake the cookies in it! I could never get the crumbly mixture to form a nice log. But with this pan, you just press the dough in it and bake 9 lovely cookies!
Make you own shortbread cookies with just a stick of butter. Delicious!
