I do not own a food processor so went the old-fashioned way, mixing with a fork to get out as many little lumps as possible. Added a teaspoon of milk too. Everything turned out fabulous! The receiver of these little tea cookies was over joyed with them!! I think there were at least 15 or so cookies. I got two; she got 13!!I have ordered more of these. When you find a very good thing, you must support it......and support it I will! Highly recommend!

Shortbread cookies are my favorite. I saw the ad on Facebook, so I had to give it a try. They were easy to make and tasted delicious. I purchased three bags of the flour mix and glad that I did! I’ll be back for more. They’re great cookies!

I bought 2 orders (4) bags and made two 2 bags a couple of days ago. The only change I made to the recipe on the back of the bag is I added several tbsps of milk, otherwise the dough was too crumbly to work. Also, before I put the pieces in the oven, I flattened each cookie so it spread and then baked them.OMG They were soooo delicious! They went so fast that I’m going to make the other two bags.Gilliam responds to questions with a day or so as well.ENJOY ENJOY!!!! I will be buying more and shipping some to my brother and his family.Ty Gillian

These cookies are delicious. Easy and quick to make. Prefer the plain over pumpkin spice.Had to work dough a bit but would definitely recommend and make again

I made shortbread cookies with this mix. I used my mixer. I did add about 1 tablespoon of water. Next time I will try fresh lemon juice. I then rolled the batter in plastic to make a log. Then wrapped it and refrigerated it until it was very easy to cut into rounds. I sprinkled confectioner's sugar on the cookies when they came out of the oven. Delicious!

I needed to add 2 more T of softened butter to make the dough more pliable. The cookies were absolutely delectable.The pixie sugar dust included was the perfect subtly sweet addition after they came out of the oven.

The dough was very crumbly and could not get rolled into a ball. I heated it in the microwave for 30 seconds to get the butter softened. It was still hard to work with, but I used a small piece at a time and used a cookie cutter. Baked up fine but cookies came tasty out hard.
