Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Service was super slow. I watch them package up my food and sat for about five minutes before even getting it through the window. The person taking the Order also seemed confused on me wanting three chicken tenders and told me that that wasn’t an option then proceeded to try to ring me up for a kids meal chicken tender with two tenders and when I said I didn’t want a kids meal offered me the three tenders that I asked for it to begin with. She remained respectful and kind, but overall, I was annoyed.

Waited over 30 minutes and still never got my order, so I left. Waste of my time, and your employees are wasting your money too ..you lost out on an over $30 order because they couldn’t get it together. Who knows how many other customers abandoned their orders too. Those ladies clearly don’t care they never opened the drive thru window

The young lady with pink hair (I believe her name was Briana) is truly amazing!! Today I stopped for lunch and brought a friend along who’s never had Freddy’s. She was very friendly and patient when taking our order and recommended the hot cocoa frost which we absolutely loved! We were blown away after watching her make both our frost, bring our food to our table, and clean the dining room. There wasn’t much of a wait for our food and everything was correct and hot. Briana’s warm smile and service totally made our experience. 🥰 We've already decided to stop by again very soon!!

This location needs to be SHUT DOWN. When we arrived, there was garbage overflowing everywhere, including on the tables. Only a few tables had been cleaned, and my family was forced to sit at the only semi-clean one available. While we were sitting there, we saw at least three roaches crawling around. That alone should tell you everything.
This place is absolutely disgusting and clearly unsanitary. Do NOT bring your kids here this location is infested with roaches. It’s shocking that they’re allowed to operate like this. Someone seriously needs to call the health department because this is unacceptable.

Very loud in the lobby. Had to wipe our own table down because it hadn’t been cleaned. Waited 15 minutes for the custard and it had the wrong candies in it. Had to wait again for it to be made correctly. The burgers were good.

The food didn't taste right. And then while we were eating you could see the woman preparing the buns in the kitchen on her phone reading texts or whatever. Then while doing this she proceeded to drop her phone in the tomato/ cheese bin a few times and acted like nothing had happened. Honestly probably the grossest thing I've ever seen at a restaurant. Needless to say both my husband and I got sick the next day from the food. The hygiene is absolutely deplorable at this location. All coming from a girl who LOVES her Freddy's.

I love Freddys, however stay away from this location. Drink station wasn’t stocked and it was a mess. I also watched as a worker texted on her phone with gloves on and then proceeded to touch all of the food. My stomach felt off for days. The fatigue is real!

We went looking for ice cream, which is always good. However, not one single table was cleaned and ready to be seated at. Oil stains, finger smudges from previous customers, and spills unmopped. The staff was either on a break, in the bathroom, on their cell phones, or talking amongst themselves. When asked for a table to be cleaned, only 1 staff member cleaned just the one and left the others dirty. No initiative whatsoever.

Deanadre was AMAZING at Freddy’s! He was incredibly helpful, energetic, and professional, and you can tell he’s a great manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were happy. His leadership and positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Freddy’s is very lucky to have him! 10/10 service

Used to love this place until the last 2 visits for lunch. First time fries were burned, and yesterday my Hot dog was ice cold in the middle. Had to go inside for a refund. Manager was the one cooking, restaurant was dirty and the manager was a little sloppy in appearance. Never again

They have like no one working here, I had to wait about 5 mins for someone to take my order at the drive thru and then when I finally put it in and pulled up, no one would open the window to exchange payment for food. The wait was just too long. Also, I ordered a double cheeseburger only (not the meal) and a mini ice cream concrete and was $14. I probably would’ve gone somewhere else that is just entirely too expensive for such a small meal.
