Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The wait was super long cause it was lunch rush but the food was good and staff was friendly.

Freddy's frozen Custard was a great experience the food is great the fries are good and the drinks 10/10 for me I would recommend coming back to that place 100,000 more times.

Very young staff, average service, very, very dirty location, we had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Below average food quality.

Freddy's isn't what it used to be. This location was FILTHY! I had to keep swatting the flies away! Food was okay. Customer service was good.

Quick shout out to Keis and Marcus, I go to Freddys pretty often and their food is always great! Today the sweet tea wasn’t so sweet and they both helped me and offered to remake the tea just because I asked. Really cool people and overall great atmosphere!

This is my first Burger in over a year and 2 months and it was a wonderful experience they actually brought the food to our table and it was delicious

Normally we enjoy the drive thru but this evening we decided to dine in. The customer service from Tim, Jade and the rest of the staff was exceptional. They went beyond to assist me given that I was recovering from surgery and was limping. The food was Fred and brought quickly to the table. Thank you again!

Great burgers fries and their custard is excellent!

Took forever, person taking orders at drive thru told me to “please wait” - there was 1 car in front of me. I almost drove off then. I waited 20 minutes in total, I got my food. But then realized they forgot my drink and I ordered a combo. Turned back around and went inside and got a cup, the 5-6 staff was extremely goofy like they couldn’t care less. Very empty inside

We went through the drive thru on Saturday and had excellent service from a lady named Jade. She was so nice and our order was correct! Very Happy and hope we get Jade next time we are there.

I'm sick and tired of being asked if I'm going to use the app not only asked but forced by the people managing the drive-thru.

Wow!!! This place made a whole crew transformations. Tonight's service was exceptional, and the food was, as always, freshly made. The team was fantastic, and I want to especially commend the manager overseeing the night shift. It's clear that great management plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly, and it shows in the positive energy and good moods of the staff. The service was top-notch, and the team's enthusiasm made the experience even better. Keep up the great work!

I have been here 2 times already and the service has been amazing. The team is so kind and they always take great care of me. I will definitely come back again!

A group of 15 of us came off a bus into this resturant. A manager came up to the second register and started taking orders. The food was quickly made for all of us and as always was hot and fresh. All of the employees were friendly.
The person who took our order for my daughters sundae was super attentive when she told him she has a peanut allergy and he said they will use the second mixer and give it a really good cleaning for us. That is always appreciated!
