I had such a great experience at the drive-through thanks to Milton! He greeted me with a warm smile and such a positive attitude that it instantly brightened my day. He was patient, kind, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels so genuine, but Milton truly went above and beyond. Freddy’s is lucky to have someone like him on the team—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Usually go to Freddy's every other month or so. Their prices for the fast food genre, have always been on the high end. Lately the quality of the food has really declined.. The steak burgers are almost tasteless. If it wasn't for the gobs of mustard, they would be totally bland. We don't always get the custard, but last night we did. Came to find out they no longer carry waffle cones. Only the tiny paper mache crust type that little kids enjoy. It's really...
