The young lady with pink hair (I believe her name was Briana) is truly amazing!! Today I stopped for lunch and brought a friend along who’s never had Freddy’s. She was very friendly and patient when taking our order and recommended the hot cocoa frost which we absolutely loved! We were blown away after watching her make both our frost, bring our food to our table, and clean the dining room. There wasn’t much of a wait for our food and everything was correct and hot. We went looking for ice cream, which is always good. However, not one single table was cleaned and ready to be seated at. Oil stains, finger smudges from previous customers, and spills unmopped. The staff was either on a break, in the bathroom, on their cell phones, or talking amongst themselves. When asked for a table to be cleaned, only 1 staff member cleaned just the one and left the others dirty. No initiative whatsoever.

Deanadre was AMAZING at Freddy’s! He was incredibly helpful, energetic, and professional, and you can tell he’s a great manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were happy. His leadership and positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Freddy’s is very lucky to have him! 10/10 service
