Service was extremely slow, the girl seemed like she was more about her cell phone than she was about the customer They also got my order wrong I want Fred fries not tater tots like I said seemed like lady was more into her cell phone than she was helping out the actual customer.

Not one to complain , but if you were low on cheese I would’ve rather got something else instead of paying for this

I just don't get how they make their patties so paper thin and delicious! Just awesome.. just would have been nice to try one having sat in the drive-thru for a good 5 minutes flailing while I was ignored but someone who sipped her coffee and attended to a number of other tasks while I waited for my single kids burger... Figured I might come back a different time when they were free to serve food...

Absolutely friendly and patient with me since it was my first time there. Got a quart of vanilla and chocolate each of frozen custard!

First, Freddy’s steak burgers are straight up Not steak burgers. They are smash burgers that are made of mince.

I had their original double with bacon steak burger, cheesy fries and a turtle custard shake. Presentation was perfect.

Shake 10/10 - a must have
Fries thin cut with a good crunch 8/10. (Skip the cheese as it makes it too cheesy with the thin profile of the fries)
“Steak” burger - pickles were a little much - 3 large slices overpowered the taste of the sandwich. Everything else tasted like a regular smash burger.
Ambience of the diner - 70s style - bright, colorful and cheery 10/10

Recommend getting the jalapeño fry sauce to complement your meal.

If you need your smashburger fix, hit this place instead of smashburger - it’s better.

I love is location soooo much!! Staff here is so friendly and the manager was working the register and was happy to answer our questions about the frozen custards.

I even told her I LOVE this location over the HORRIBLE location on I-45 near Spring HS. THAT location has dirty tables EVERYWHERE and EVERYBODY there has a nasty attitude.

Please bring your business to THIS location. It j
is MUCH BETTER!

My husband and I had the original smash burger combos and a turtle sundae for dessert. The burgers were juicy and delicious and the fries were fresh were fresh hot and crispy. The sundaes were loaded with toppings and the custard was creamy and fluffy. The service was attentive and friendly and I appreciated that I could hear the music but it wasn't too loud. I can't wait to go back again!

Updated 10/25... I keep coming back but this location saya they do not participate in some of the rewards programs... ???
Custard is damn good.

Updated: 8/21- custard is awesome, reminds me of the quality I would get in Chicago/Wisconsin area. They are seldom busy when we are here. Cheese curds are definitely worth getting. Both of these are unique and worth trying.

In general they are overly expensive for fast food. I avoid stopping by unless I have a craving for their custard however. 5 star if it wasn't for their prices

Past review-
Excellent custard!

First Visit to Freddy's: A Great Vibe
This was my very first time giving Freddy's a try, and I was immediately struck by the pleasant atmosphere. The modern diner feel of the place is really inviting and quite nice. It's relatively quiet, which is a huge plus, and the clean atmosphere makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable quick meal experience. While I only had a burger and onion rings this time, my appetite has been whetted for their famous dessert. I absolutely will have to return soon to try out their much-talked-about frozen custard—it sounds like the perfect ending to a meal! I look forward to my next visit!
