Too cold in restaurant

Every single person at this location definitely have hearing issues. There is no way you guys are operating as adults with actual brains.

My order was one vanilla shake with caramel. Young man in the drive through said vanilla and pecan? I said sir i do not want any pecan. Please vanilla and caramel. The fact that it took 3mins for he's brain to understand should have been the only red flag I needed.

I get my drink with no caramel and I let it be. Why did I take one sip and all I tasted was pecan!

I turn around go in and their manager said so did you order bananas? You can't make this up? Just imagine if I wanted 7 other items on one ticket? The only thing they would get right is charging for everything but what the real order is.

You can't program your brain to punch in what i don't want. Its absolutely ridiculous. I never thought ill see the day when ordering one vanilla shake with caramel would have an entire body of people in a choke hold.

Always our go to location as it is in the neighborhood. I love how the shakes are prepared here, just the right thickness and consistency.
Atmosphere is good whenever we visit. Not crowded and we enjoy the late night snacks and dessert 😀

The person working the register wouldn’t even acknowledge you when walking up, never said a word back when spoken to. Only one other customer in the restaurant and it was dirty and the tea was old. Will not return

First time , ice tea tasted like mold, fries and onion rings were not seasoned and way underdone so they were soggy with oil, all tables were covered with garbage as well as the floor, employees behind the counter looked as ordering was a nuisance to them, after eating my husband and I both threw up our lunch

Tables were dirty. Ordered Onion rings and asked for sauce, never got it. Ketchup dispenser all empty, and this was in afternoon, not closing time. Staff not too friendly or attentive to customers.

Place was filthy and found roaches running around our table, all tables were dirty, no one cleaned this place, found dead roaches on the floor, wonder if these places ever get inspected by sanitation inspectors.
