i’ve came to the store numerous times and have not been impressed any of them. The general manager screams at the employees and is insanely rude to them as she is with the customers my number never gets called. The floors are always dirty tables are always dirty staff is always on their phones and are also rude honestly for the general manager being so old, she no better than the children that work for her. it’s honestly embarrassing that the store is associated with the Freddy’s company because it honestly is a circus and the food is not that good none of it is seasoned and always soggy and the people on fry barely even use gloves and if they do they get on their phones anyways with the gloves or without them and without washing their hands they get back to work. The bathrooms are always dirty. The whole store inside and out is dirty down to the workers. fix it.

Do not allow your children to work for this establishment. The general manager Mrs T. enjoys spending her time belittling and bullying the younger staff members that work there. I am appalled by the messages I read on some private chat group she uses with the workers at this establishment. This woman drinks in the parking lot and sits in the office with her favorite employees. She teams up with her favorite employees and cusses at and bullies 15 and 16 year old employees. This general manager makes jokes on how she can get away with what she wants because she golfs with a corporate member named Brian. This isn’t the first time this woman has bullied children either, then she will erase group chats and start news ones, thinking she is hiding the evidence. This woman does not belong working with children or with public in general. Also she allows 15 year olds to work more than they are suppose to. She has had complaints to corporate about her before. My daughter worked her way up to supervisor in less than a year but I will not allow my child to be treated the way I seen this woman speaking to her so I have had her quit working for this shameful company

Walking up the first thing that I noticed was how dirty the glass door was and after opening the door the second thing was the rug inside the door was just as dirty as the door. Our shoes were sticking to the floor as we walked to the counter and the inside had a dirty smell to it. We were only ordering custard so have no idea how the food tastes but if we had gone there to eat we probably wouldn’t have stayed. The custard was very good. I think the manager needs to manage a little bit more with the cleaning part of this establishment to make it a more enjoyable eating experience for customers. Will most likely only drive through to get custard occasionally if ever again. Based on this trip I would probably recommend the custard but would share our experience with the dirtiness of the place.

First of all, there were what seemed to be 15 employees all under of the age of 16. There was one other table besides us yet nothing there was clean. Employees just hang out at the register and give looks when you go to order. Food was sloppy. Restrooms were dirty. Walls have cracks and holes. Custard was warm and poorly proportioned. Place gives me back of a classroom vibes. Place needs adult supervision. Business owner seems to reply to all of the reviews yet nothing changes. Please put this place out of its misery.

Every month the community impact newspaper provides a coupon for custard at this restaurant. I never seem to make it over there, but yesterday I did. They offer a vanilla or chocolate cone. I chose the chocolate. The custard cone was absolutely the creamiest cone I've ever had and I will definitely be taking advantage of the January coupon. Sidebar: when I got to the drive-up window I sat for close to 5 minutes before someone brought me my cone. The girl skipped to the window as if maybe they forgot about me. She confirmed my order and quickly came back with the chocolate cone without any napkins whatsoever. Upon request, she provided me napkins.

I love Freddy's and this location is one of their best! The food is always great and delivered in a timely manner. The restrooms were a little dirty but not too bad. My only complaint is that I eat too much every time I'm here and don't have enough room for the custard.

After looking at some pictures on here I’m thinking maybe the burger is supposed to look like that? Still the ugliest burger I’ve ever had and on top of that it tasted like it had absolutely no seasoning. Ended up giving half of it to my dogs. Fries were delicious.

I love Freddy's, but not this location. I'm shocked at whomever manages this location. The moment I walked in I noticed the restaurant smelled like dirty mop water. When ordering I looked around and noticed the floor was absolutely filthy! Now, I can see at the end of the day the floor will look dirty, but this was 11:30 am. When I filled my cup with Pepsi the nozzle sprayed all over me and the counter-the nozzle was the one the the very end on the right. That tells me you aren't cleaning them, which is disgusting. Sticky patches in all sorts of corners along with footprints. Under my table there was days old food. The tables smelled dirty and had streaks all over them. The glass on the bathroom door had finger prints all over it. My fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The thing that concerns me is if all of this is in plain sight of your customers. What does it look like in your kitchen where we can't see? I think management needsto get on the ball and retrain their employees and hold them accountable. Perhaps a call to the health department in in order.Again, I love Freddy's, but not this location.
