Freebirds World Burrito

10/10 customer service. Wish I knew her name, girl w/ brown hair and wears it in 1 or 2 braids and worked 12/26 around 530. Give her a raise!!

Door dash ordered some tacos ..they were some of the worst tasting tacos I've ever had. The fajita beef tasted like it came from a microwave bag of meat, the tortilla was clearly not warmed up properly. After a long day of work I'm annoyed I had to eat this chewy meat taco. Won't be back.

Just went to this location. Haven't eaten free birds in years and thought I'd give it a try since I remember the portions were good years ago I'm still hungry after spending over ten dollars on a shallow burrito bowl that barely cleared the plastic and had maybe 3 ounces of meat. Lost a potential regular with poor Portion/ overpriced options.

Long time Freebirds fan. I'll be honest though, this location has been rough lately. The variety of ingredients continues to go down (no more spring mix for salads is the latest casualty), the price continues to go up, and the quality of the ingredients has taken a major hit. The last time we went, the steak had a terrible consistency. I may try them again in a few months to see if I've just been having bad luck (because this location is close to me and, as said, I'm a longtime fan), but it's no longer a place that anyone in the family is happy to suggest for dinner.

Speed bump city - they're everywhere! If you don't have a truck or SUV stay away from this parking lot. Also we had been given free chips and queso coupons for an order that got botched this summer, but had to argue to get them to accept the coupon - smh, wow. Thankfully the food was good.

Parking: Speed bumps - there must be 10 or more. It's ridiculous! Needed a 4x4 to get in and out of there. I should have parked at a business near by and walked.

I've been coming to this shop for years, always had a good experience. Came in and ordered my usual burrito and the new GM was very unpleasant and rude. Will not be coming back.

This is a great place to get good food quickly, especially if you're looking for fast options that don't include ultra processed junk food. I get a veggie freebird when I go which is delicious and can be made a number of ways. The portion size is more than generous and you can order even bigger burritos/bowls. The creamy jalapeno sauce is fantastic and a little spicy so I'd recommend that. So the food is great, the people are great and it's an excellent value. Try it out.

Vegetarian options: A veggie burrito comes with guacamole included. Adding the fried potatoes is an upcharge unless you leave off the guac. A burrito can be made vegan.

Kid-friendliness: Kid meals are free on Sunday with the purchase of an adult entree.

Wheelchair accessibility: This place has disabled parking and is wheelchair accessible.

It was my first time and is very similar to Chipotle but is crazy the prices only for 2 tacos , 1 regular burrito and chips, not drink $37.00

Food is pleasant but not as tasty as Chipotle but it’ll do due to proximity. Everything stared going down hill because of this manager. Rest of the staff is great smiling and courteous. This one guy self proclaimed manager is extremely rude. Will not return because of him

Staff was so friendly and was so sweet to my little. They even let him order his own. Most places would roll their eyes or try to rush him. I really appreciate their kindness.

They gutted Free Birds so they have no vibes or personality. Inside is tragically generic. Everything is oatmeal and has no colors. No colors, no personality, no old cars or surf boards. Just oatmeal. Not one plant. It now looks like a hospital cafeteria. Fell it full of cool vibes and colors and make it a destination. Not drive through.
