Customer-focused...unless you order delivery. Then it's not their problem and they won't do anything to solve it. Companies need to understand that if I order through the Freebirds website, I am doing business with Freebirds. If they choose to outsource or work with third parties, that is on them, but Freebirds needs to take better care of their customers.

Having moved here from Germany I had never visited a Freebirds before but when this location opened up I got curious and I love it ever since. The food is amazing and the dining areas are always clean. I love how welcoming the staff is.. always smiling, informative and easy to talk to!!!!

My family and I eat here once a week. Kids eat free on Sundays, which is amazing! The ingredients are always super fresh and the protein is cooked well and tender. Just stopped into Freebirds to have a bite to eat. It's been a year since I was last here and the food is still as good as I remember. Service was awesome and the manager Gilbert Cangas was very friendly and a joy to speak with especially helping my wife with vegan options. Highly recommended it here for a great meal.
