As someone who came from a small suburbs in the Pacfic NW with many local bagel shops it was a shame when I moved to Spring, TX and there were no local bagel shops in the area. FB is a great place and has a good choice of bagels sandwiches to start the morning the chairman is my favorite with smoked salmon and red onions. Good price too, and friendly staff. I always come back.

This bagel was absolute perfection. The outside had that perfect golden chew with just the right amount of crunch, and the inside was soft, warm, and pillowy. You can tell it was made fresh—the flavor was rich, slightly sweet, and it had that authentic, old-school bagel texture that’s so hard to find. Paired with cream cheese, it was heavenly, but honestly, this bagel could stand alone. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—worth every single bite! Bagel bites are amazing

Their BEC (bacon, egg, cheese) on a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel might be my favorite breakfast in the city.

We have been wanting to try this place for a while, and although the food was great, the service was lack thereof. As business owners ourselves, we are very observant of the overall atmosphere. The workers were unfriendly, seemed annoyed, and not very responsive. I even witnessed someone come in to order and was never helped, so they got in their car to leave. The overall customer experience is just as important as the quality of food.
