I know first hand that Gadela is the perfect destination for a brief respite from a busy world. It easily earns 5 stars in every category (would give it 6 stars if I could). If you haven't been, you're definitely missing out. First-rate food and wine (as well as Irish Cream and coffee) are worth repeat visits for sure. Add to that the exceptionally welcoming staff and atmosphere, and it's not just a winery, it's an experience. LOVE this place!

Cozy little family own gem on the western side of the Woodlands. They have a cute little patio on the front and the side and enough parking for most visitors. We didn’t get a chance to eat here because we already had lunch but the menu is impressive for a winery. Will try next time. The wines themselves are certainly better than that other winery in Conroe!

Extremely friendly and accommodating, very knowledgeable about the wines they serve, and overall amazing service! We almost went to another winery and I'm glad it was closed, because I would've been sad to miss this place!

Had a lovely flight of wines and also a course of empanadas.

What a hidden gem!! Amazing wine! Amazing, comforting atmosphere! This is no big, commercial winery! Small, unpretentious and friendly!Do you want to talk to the man that made the wine and then sit down and hear the why and how? Franco and Brenda do it all the time.Do you just want to sit and have a quiet, beautiful glass of wine? Do you want to meet new friends? All of that can happen here.Driving up it is a renovated house in an old neighborhood next to Kuykendahl but inside… that’s the gold!

We just left this winery and we were inspired by the passion from this winemaker!!! Beautiful stories and history were shared! What a WONDERFUL place to spend an evening with friends learning new wines to love! We will most DEFINITELY be back!! And the wines were honestly so good!! Love this place and the comfort it brought!

Everything about this place is first-rate! From the owners/staff to the spectacular wines to the phenomenal food to the relaxing ambience, I love this winery! In my opinion, it’s the best kept secret in the area.

When people talk about the family environment, they are not exaggerating. You walk in a stranger and walk out with new friends. Their food and wines are very good too. My wife and I will be back as soon as we can!

A lovely and relaxing place to take a glass of wine and excellent for a nice date. We went for a Noris Joffre show, and it was a hilarious night. We will definitely come back again.

We live 5 minutes from this establishment and decided to visit on a Saturday. We were skeptical as we pulled up as we were the only vehicle on the property. Once in the young man behind the register introduced us to the winemaker, being the ONLY patrons I would’ve expected him to ask our preferences and provide recommendations. That didn’t happen, he spoke and continued to work on his laptop. We got through one glass w/o any engagement then others started to come in. We instantly recognized the different experience they received from us. These patrons didn’t even make It to the register before they were anxiously greeted by the winemaker and escorted to their seat by him where he proceeded to walk down the entire menu. Needless to say, this is our first and last time! Customer service matters!
