We were out here in Spring visiting family. My wife and I are from California’s wine country. I had looked up wineries before our trip and wanted to do a tasting at Gadela because of some of the wines that I’ve never tasted before. Great place to visit for good wine, good conversation, and good people. The winemaker there really knows his stuff and is a treat to visit with. He's also an ordained deacon and was kind enough to give me and my wife the Church's blessing before we left. We loved the entire experience
GADELA is AMAZING! Great people, great environment, and great wine! My wife and I frequent this place and are never disappointed. Don't sleep on their empanada variety and don't sleep on their tequeños!
