First time here. Ordered pan aliñado con queso but wanted to have pan aliñado sin queso. The lady informed me we canât do a refund after the transaction is done. Also they ran out of Buñuelos and other places never have a problem and do not run out. This review is to make changes and if you wish to make this business better take heed of the errors and fixes. I am disappointed because other Colombia places Iâve never seen one who runs out of Buñuelos and Pandebonos.

I highly recommend the Super Bandeja Gran Columbia platter! It had steak, pork chop, chicken, egg, avocado, rice, beans, platano and of course chicharrĂłn! Iâm sad I couldnât finish it but itâs dinner for later. I tore this plate up as much as I could.
Donât let the picture ruin it for you. Iâm awful at taking pictures. The flavor is spot on! I dare you to try it and get back to me on the punch of flavor you just received. đ

The food is good and authentic to its roots. The vibe, though. Our server, the musician, and the atmosphere made us feel SO welcome. As people walked in, the musician greeted them as family.
Have dessert. The carrot cake is WONDERFUL.
Our server, Leidy, is the sweetest and made sure we left with some traditional Colombian bread to try, once we got home. â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž

If you have the opportunity to go: Miss it. One of my worst experiences in a âColombianâ restaurant. Cold dishes, hard rice, flavorless beans âlooked like they were cannedâ, super old âripeâ bananas and what we Colombians call paludos. Not to mention the main dish, it has no flavor, it seemed like pure reheated food, in reality they don't know what Colombian food is and how it is prepared. A meat with an exaggerated amount of raw onion is not an overbelly with onions and an overbelly in sauce, it is not a hot meat to which you add âragoutâ and serve it. Their way of cooking was totally unpleasant, we left the dishes complete. Please learn what real Colombian food is, don't just use the name to sell and advertise.
Regarding the price, I totally disagree considering the quality of the food and service. We paid 80 for two dishes with their drinks and tips, money is not the central problem, the real problem was paying for such an unpleasant experience.
Well, I hope my review is well received, they improve the quality of the food and the service of the place, I have reviewed more comments and I am not the only one who commented on such an unpleasant experience.

On Google maps it says it closes at 12am, I called at 11:10 to place a takeout order and no one answered the phone, they hung up on me directly. If the schedule is incorrect they should update it smh

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The service was not good; My waitress didn't even know the menu and made a mistake with our order, and went to lunch leaving us waiting for the bill.
Some products have no description, so you expect one thing and receive something completely different.
But the Colombian hot dog and Colombian burger were not Colombian style at all and since the item has no description on the menu, it's hard to argue.
The empanadas were good.
