This place is legit the best soul food in the I've had in the Spring area. I recently had the smothered chicken plate with rice and gravy and 2 sides with greens and yams. I also had their kool aid which was just right and a large slice of homemade pound cake which reminded me of home. Next, visit I'll get pictures lol.

This was my first time ordering and I don't regret it! I ordered Thursday's special which was meatloaf served with rice and gravy, my sides were black eye peas and green beans. Everything was so delicious. I appreciated the extra container of gravy that I used on my meatloaf. The meatloaf was tender and nicely seasoned. My only complaint is that the cornbread was dry - tasted good but dry. That won't stop me from coming back. I wanna try the oxtails and Mac & cheese next!

I've been coming to Granny Dee's for a few years now, and I think I just had the best bbq ever from here today. The ribs and hot links were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS today. The flavor they get into those ribs is top notch. Great job Granny!
I hate to leave such review but I will not return here. The customer service is not great. Seems Granny always has an attitude. The corn bread was disgusting. 🤢 I took one bite and spit it out. The side items have no flavor. Taste like cafeteria food.
