We went and tried to order an iced, the dude who worked there responded by shaking his head no. Lol no what???? No you don't have any...? No you don't want to...? We ended up going to Annie's pretzels and I got my icee

Ordered our son's cookie cake from this location. The cookie cake was decorated nicely and freshly made. The customer service was outstanding!BONUS...received a text message a few weeks later from Christina (manager) to check on service and quality. This is amazing customer service. I'll be back soon.

The upstairs location saved the day! A delivery service messed up my order and delivered the wrong cookie cake, but the owner Christina and manager personally called me to sort this out and ensured my brother received the right cookie cake in time. They were extremely friendly, professional, thorough, patient, and went above and beyond to fix the mixup. Christina followed up after the delivery to ensure the cookie cake was delivered and that I got my money back from the delivery service. They also gave a dozen free cookies because of the mix up even though it wasn’t their fault. I will continue using them and was EXTREMELY satisfied with their business. Thank you for being amazing and such hard workers!

The woodlands.. American cookie company upstairs location.. make the cutest cookie cakes. We get one every birthday. Always nice when I pick up. They are generous with frosting. Been getting cookie cakes here for years.

The employee who helped me went above and beyond! I had no idea what to get on the cake and he freestyled it and it came out amazing and all under 10 minutes!He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable.10/10 great service!Thank you!

First let's say the guy in attached photo was RUDE!.Another guy was helping us ( BEFOREthe tall rude guy even showed up) and mentioned buy 4 get one free cookie. I asked if it was all the cookies he said yes. DID NOT mention any acceptions.So as we ordered he then said oh no not that one, it's not part of it. I said okay so I guess the decorated ones are also not included either. The tall rude guy pipes up and said that's what he said , I said he did not mention that to me at all. TRG says: I was standing right here when he said it. ( Pull the dang cameras!)I told him no, you weren't even here when he greeted us. Then he wanted to argue the fact. I was done, give me the couple dang cookies loose the extra money you would've got from the buy 4. I was livid to the point I could not talk.HE IS AWEFUL AT GUEST SERVICE!no one wears name tags either.TRG=TALL RUDE GUYI didn't want anything free- Guest service needs to be fixed. My daughter was so happy with her cookie cake. I placed the order that morning and they had it ready for me same day. It was perfect. Thank you!!

Ordered online, which was quick and painless. Pickup was fast and easy! Customer service was great! Cookie cake was delicious and exactly what I ordered! I loved that the cookie wasn't too hard, but it was still soft, which is 10 times better. I love how the manager followed up to ensure everything was what I expected. That is going above and beyond, and I respect that. I will definitely be ordering from this location again!

Great cookie company !!!

I ordered a cookie cake online for my daughter’s 14th birthday. Everything went smoothly with my order and it was ready and waiting when I stopped by to pick it up. It looked beautiful and tasted great. My daughter was surprised and absolutely delighted with the adorable key chain that they gave us with our order.
