Great American Cookies

We just ordered a custom cookie cake for my daughter's third birthday! The decorators absolutely nailed her vision and made her dream a reality! I am a momma that goes all out for her kid's parties and she told me the cake was her favorite part!

We went in tonight and saw a tall young employee making a fresh cookie cake, a customer came in, and the employee making the cookie cake touched the counter, the register, and handled money—all while wearing the same gloves. Then, without changing gloves, went right back to making the cookie cake. 🤮 Will not be going back watch out who you hire!

I ordered the turtle cream with snickers. All they gave me was a cup of chocolate ice cream. One of the guys opened the cup and smeared the ice cream to show me the 2 pieces of snickers that he added. I asked for the manager because where is the fudge and caramel. The manager looked at me like I was crazy. No apology. Can we fix it. I just got a refund. Poor Customer service and false advertising.

I had to edit my review, I been to this place several times and was always satisfied, today I went in and got a dozen of cookies, $28 for 12 cookies?? This is cookie dough, not fresh made dough that a baker had to work for hours to make, I'll never go back.

I love getting cookies from here but I wouldn’t recommend ordering cookies online for a pickup. Because apparently they are just giving orders away to the wrong customers. I ordered through their website and arrived for my pickup time to be told that the door dasher already picked up my order. I told them I wasn’t through door dash and ordered online and showed my email verification for my order. I was told my order was picked up and wasn’t there. The employee was apologetic and remade my order but I didn’t appreciate the experience this time.
