I had to edit my review, I been to this place several times and was always satisfied, today I went in and got a dozen of cookies, $28 for 12 cookies?? This is cookie dough, not fresh made dough that a baker had to work for hours to make, I'll never go back.

I love getting cookies from here but I wouldn’t recommend ordering cookies online for a pickup. Because apparently they are just giving orders away to the wrong customers. I ordered through their website and arrived for my pickup time to be told that the door dasher already picked up my order. I told them I wasn’t through door dash and ordered online and showed my email verification for my order. I was told my order was picked up and wasn’t there. The employee was apologetic and remade my order but I didn’t appreciate the experience this time.

Came in with my kiddos, service was friendly. Got the buy 5, 1 free deal. Cookies were fresh. The sugar cookie is our favorite!
Pretty disappointed with this location/ ice cream. I can't give them a one star because it wasn't absolutely disgusting, but it was sub par and I would have gotten more for my money, and been happier, buying Blue Bell.The ice cream was not great, not worth the money. I don't visit here often, but when I do- I'm reminded why I don't.

Ordered a small cookie cake it said it would be ready in 2 hours. We arrived and they hadn't even started on it. Told us it would be another 30 minutes. When we spoke to the manager after going back to the store to pick it up he treated the situation as a joke and was laughing and blaming the system when in fact it was the staff not looking at orders or prioritizing. When I say prioritizing I would like to clarify they were making stock/displays instead of customer orders.

These were gross tasted like floral air freshenerThis is the 2nd time getting them (husband forgot I thought they were gross the 1st time) I would have brought these back up there if they or my husband remembered to get a receipt. They were pretty that’s about it.
