Great American Cookies

My husband surprised me with a birthday cookie cake & it had my furbabies drawn on there! I loved it so much I almost felt bad cutting into the cookie!! It was a wonderful cookie cake

Treated so well and felt like family!
My sons ice cream started melting and immediately the owner came and cleaned it all up after i did light wiping up, he also put my sons ice cream in a bigger cup and helped clean the table and was so sweet to him!

Both my sons, daughters, and my ice cream were DELISH! The sweet lady with the green/blue hair made them perfectly and was so polite and patient with us and our chaos. And we bought 6 cookies as well, YUM!

We will definitely be back, were from north of conroe but my bestie is nearby ❤️

Long hair was found in my $60 cookie cake for a birthday party.

My son was very specific about what he wanted for the cookie cake design for his arcade birthday party. We drew it out and turned in the drawing when we ordered it in person and crossed our fingers. It turned out better than expected, and he was so happy! We also added M&M’s to the mix and it was delicious. Great job!

I hv had 2 bad experiences 😪 in the pass wk, both times ignored me for 10 mins or more. 1st time 2 people wkn 1 was with customer 2nd ignored me n went to back & when I ordered my shake she didn't ask me what size. 2nd time stood there for entire 10 mins nobody never addressed me just the mom in front of me.

Ordered this cookie cake & brought it home only to find out they misspelled the name. For $36 you would think they would at least double check their spelling… make sure you check before you leave! We even made sure it was spelled right on the order form. ?

Staff friendly. Ice cream delicious as always! Love it and my little one too. The best! :)

Floor is sticky, which is kinda weird. Makes walking in flippy floppies kinda risky, fun and rewarding all at the same time. Good service and great cakes though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We ordered a cookie for my daughter's birthday and it turned out wonderful. Actually it turned out better than I had expected. We have always received great service every time we have come to this location. Ice cream is the best

They'll let you purchase gift cards, but they won't let use them. They say their new systems won't take them, I contacted Great American Cookie Co over a month ago, no response on the subject. As of April 2023, they still can't accept their own gift cards.
