I loveeee the cookies from this place they’re so soft and yummy.
Great customer service! Unfortunately the cookies were so soft and stuck together, that they fell apart as soon as I tried to lift them from the box. I was giving them as a gift, so was very disappointed.
This location sucks. I love great American cookies but they are messing up the ingredients or something over here cause the cookies taste gross.
When I tell you that these cookies taste like soap these young kids do not know what they’re doing at this location. Whoever owns this location needs to hire adults that know what they’re doing. There’s literally soap on my cookies that I just bought 10 minutes ago and wished the young ladies were extremely rude And impatient.
I purchased a cookie cake slice, specifically with white and chocolate icing only. Upon eating the cake slice I found it not to taste as normal as it tastes at other brand stores. Upon inspection I found that the cookie cake slice was previously used and the color icing originally placed on it removed and replaced with the white and chocolate icing. That replacement was not noticed at first because the store completely covered the cookie cake slice with the white and chocolate icing. I did return the item and shared what I found along with my feelings. The young gentleman that assisted me did apologize and offered to correct the situation with no hesitation. I did appreciate how he handled it but I'm sure this is probably not this location's 1st time doing this. I will not be returning anytime soon.
I ordered at the drive thru, waited 15 minutes, no one ever came to the window with my order. Went inside and they waited on 5 ppl before me. Took a total of 25 minutes to get cookies already baked. No apology, just dirty looks from the female staff. Worst location.

The cookie was delicious, and the decoration was only the writing but good; the icing had a heavy "chemical" taste and stained surfaces in touch with it.
The staff at the location on Cypresswood is very attentive and patient..

We ordered a cookie cake in December for a birthday, wrong colors and my son’s name was misspelled after we had written it on a piece of paper. We asked them to fix it and it was no issue. Today we placed an order 3 hours prior for another birthday cookie cake. The word Birthday was misspelled and the design was definitely not the design advertised. We asked for it to be fixed, 20 mins later and the cake was worse than before. Asked for a complete refund, and went to ColdStone for a cake. Will not be returning

The ice cream very good but the service no. The staff unfriendly.... Polite but with upset face and wasn't only my visit. They got worse faces when other 3 customers arrived after me. They want to be in the back watching their phones (I supposed).
I just want to give a huge shout out to Miss Esmeralda at Marble Slab/Great American Cookies off Cypresswood and 45!!! I asked her for a last minute cookie cake with a soccer design! She made it fresh for us and she did an amazing job creating the design with Cristiano Ronaldo theme!! My daughter pointed out the little subtle Siiiuuu in the cookie too!!! Thank you thank you thank you for putting the love into it! ????? And I love that you have some amazing hype friends to work with and that they said how proud you were of your work!! ? THANK YOU AGAIN!
Cake was misspelled and not done to the neatness that they post online. Cookie still tasty but definitely disappointed for how expensive they are.
First of all the cookies always have a pine sol after taste to them second the employees seem to not want to be there and finally just a bad overall customer service experience. If I could leave 0 Star I would.
Terrible, stale cookies. Mind you, I paid an exorbitant amount for 13 cookies. $22 to be precise. These are the most expensive cookies I have ever bought, and they are stale and over-baked. Super crumbly! Cookies at Walmart are 100% better quality and they give you 20 for like $4. Will never come back! Also, your employees are all inexperienced teenagers. How can you over-bake a cookie? By hiring inexperienced teenagers who don't even want to be there to begin with... and stop with the tipping!!! I won't be freaking tipping someone for serving me pre-made, over-baked and expensive cookies!
