There was a lack of service from the waitress. After being seated and brought drinks and appetizer with no straws or utensils the waitress disappeared. We waited awhile before grabbing someone walking by who ended up being a manger and or asst mngr. He took order and apologize. There could have been more communication and or transparency in relation to us having to wait for service. I understand things happen but had we not grabbed his attention we would have waited even longer in which case appetizer would've been cold while waiting for silverware. There should've been more effort making sure we were taken care of by another staff member while our waitress disappeared for whatever reason.

They charged us twice for one of the meals. There are four of us and they charged us for five plates. We never got five plates we only got four. And the two that were the same that we got charged for initially, one of them didn't arrive at the table until the rest of us were halfway through with our food.The food was great however I was not real pleased with the bill. We brought it to our service attention and she got it fixed.
