The ice cream is always cold!
Usually get Handel's when I go to the movie theaters. Always friendly service and the mint chocolate chip flavor is my favorite.
i went here 10-15 mins before closing and they closed the lights when we showed up to the window and were all hiding in the back and talking so we left.

I have had Handel's many times in the past so I know how exceptionally good it is. Now that I found out I am diabetic I have to limit my sugar intake and figured no more Handel's. My family and I went because I looked up the menu on the website and it says they offer rotating flavors that are sugar free or no sugar added, so I was really excited to be able to have it again and we drove 20 minutes up from Humble. Nope! This location does not offer that option, so if that's what you are looking for you will not find it here like their website says.
If you love the classic peanut butter-chocolate combo, Handel’s Buckeye is a dream come true. The peanut butter is creamy but not overpowering, and the chocolate swirls are rich and perfectly balanced.

This is one of our favorite go to ice cream shops! They have an array of ice cream flavors and unique menu items. My usual go to item is butter pecan ice cream. They also have pup cups for purchase for our furry babies. Service is usually speedy and ice cream is delish. The establish has outdoor seating only. There is also space to walk around or sit by the water area near the theater.
Their new fall pumpkin flavors are out. They are the best. So much to choose from. If you haven't had a Handel's ice cream, you are missing out.
Hands down best ice cream out here.

The lady with an accent was yelling at these 2 young customers, it was a hostile environment. She was incredibly rude and made a scene.
It's always delicious, and the employees are always awesome
We finally got to try Handels! It was so good! We can’t wait to go back. I got the small Banana Cream Pie in a sugar cone and my mom got the small Coffee Chocolate Chip in a chocolate nut waffle cone.
