The ice cream was not as good as cold stone, but better than a lot. The price was very reasonable. The young man working was fine. You can not sit inside. It's only outdoor seating, and that sucks in a Texas summer.
The staff is always friendly and provides great customer service! They offer a wide variety of flavors, so there's bound to be something for everyone. I'm usually a mint chocolate chip girl myself, but my personal favorites at Handel's are Buckeye and Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie. My only complaint would be that I wish they had an indoor area or at least more of an outdoor covered area. They do have a few covered tables outside, but in the TX heat or on a rainy...
