Food was pretty good, for service....the ladies tried. But made me wait for rolls when they had 12 that they gave to a customer that came in 10 minutes after me. Took 25 minutes to get my food in an un-air conditioned building. Miserable.

The place is really HOT, the air conditioning is broken making it unbearable to eat. The food on the other hand is going to kill someone. The salad was slimey and tomatoes were sour. The chicken had a weird bleach flavor and everything else had a sour taste. Please avoid this

Not today though I’m hoping I don’t get food poisoning, I literally couldn’t even eat most of it because it tasted sour and smelled awful and the ac is broken or something because it’s miserable inside. I just wasted $16 when I could’ve went to another buffet and got way better food. Idk what happened.

I most likely will not return. I do not know if it was the day or the time but I am very disappointed. The plus side is the cashier was very friendly!

This place is- was- my go-to for good drive thru chicken. I feel like I was robbed tonight. $10.15 for bland, tasteless, greasy, old chicken and fries and a flat Coke. Tasted like someone placed an online order this morning and never showed up to get it, so they gave it to me. Yes, it was almost closing time, still unacceptable. I am disgusted and hurt. I won’t be going back. One star for the roll.

This place use to be great. The staff is the same and they were friendly. But store policy is you can only get 4 small packs of hot sauce for 14 pieces of chicken. She said sorry the prices are rising. I mean that is crazy. 4 packs of sauce for 14 pieces of chicken? Nuts. Oh.. and they said it would be a 20 min wait at 6:30pm on a Sunday. Not close to closing time. Hopefully another Hartz opens up in The Woodlands soon.
