Hartz Chicken Buffet

Got livers and gizzards and some fried chicken. Food was greasy with no seasoning - ver bland.

I wish I could leave a negative review. This is the worst location that I have ever experienced every time that I am here the drive-through is never open. They don’t even leave a sign to let you know that the drive-through is closed. They just have you wait at the window for 10 minutes ignore you and let you figure it out. I hate this location. They need to shut down that only is always dirty in the inside. The drive-through is always closed and it is such an inconvenience when I try to call nobody answer the phone. Do not go here.

The food is good depending on who is working! The drive thru food is always fresh. The food in my experience has been correct each time. The Buffet depending on what manager on duty is in is great at times and at times the food has been sitting and old. In my experience women have been working when the food is old which is surprising. I wish they would take pride in the freshness and also be a little more friendly.

Manuel is The BEST! Staff is friendly & prompt.
Food is ALWAYS fresh and piping Hot.
Restaurant & buffet areas are clean. Outside is clean as well.

I got a 3 Wing meal with a roll for $5.99 and chicken was piping hot. Good service, clean, and modern. And chicken was good and roll was warm and soft

My last visit the were off their game. No rolls were available. They had chicken in the trays where you could not access it. There was no liver,fish tenderloin chicken available. They had to cook them. The mash potatoes were crusty. The gravy had a skin on it and no one was updating the old food.

I’ve eaten at a lot of hartz chicken buffets in my life. But this one is a special type of disgusting. The store was clean and the food looked presentable and the employees were courteous. but the moment you started eating some items off the buffet was truly revolting . The coleslaw I wouldn’t feed the goats, it was absolutely sickening and at first I thought was spoiled, but come to find out from one of the employees. It’s a new recipe change from corporate. It tasted like like I would imagine a dead body would taste.I wouldn’t feed it to my most mortal enemy. The chicken was hot and flavorful. The green beans tasted burnt and mushy. In my opinion. This affects all of the hartz corporation. I grew up, loving this place and I’m truly disappointed and kind of heartbroken. It makes me sad that I have to swear off for the near future because of one bad experience.

Price goes up and they take away items from the buffet. The cashier told me I could get the hot wings with no flour with the buffet and the other told me I couldn’t. The wings on the buffet were extremely dry. No fish, had to pay extra for fries.

Max and Cheese taste like literal water. Most of the food was cold. Chicken rips and tears like it’s plastic. Not a very welcoming staff.

On the door it says it’s open but physically the door is closed it’s not a good practice staying we are open until 10:30pm but it’s closed very bad.

Just moved to this area! Our first visit. Fresh and great food, delicious very clean lots of parking nice atmosphere! Gentleman very cordial! Thanks ?????

Kid-friendliness: High chairs, tv sports, family atmosphere very clean!
