The chicken is so cold .I waited for more than 7 min and I said to myself that they gonna give me a fresh chicken but when I got home they were so cold horrible taste..and that's not the first time..don't go to this place it's sucks ...am really upset..bad bad bad ..

The guy working drive thru was extremely rude named Miguel. I told him I needed cup holder cause I was given 2 drinks he said nope not my problem. Drove with 2 drinks also asked to speak with manger he doesn't know.

Chicken and fries was fried in old grease. It tasted like old grease and now my stomach feels horrible. You guys are lazy at that establishment which means the management is horrible to allow good to be cooked in gutter oil and served to people. Disgusting place.

I don't understand why they are open ...? Dinning room closed and they said you have to wait 30 minutes for chicken and fish 5 minutes in lunch time

I have been in another's Hartz, but food quality is the worst. On this food does have flavor special the fried fish

How is the franchise office up the road and the Hartz looks this? I wouldn’t set foot in that place.

Everything was great except for they gave me the wrong order. I asked for 2 legs and a thigh. They gave me two thighs and a leg.But other than that, I'll still go back there every day

Horrible service at the drive-through I was doing DoorDash to pick up someone’s order

And a lady ignored us and has a bad attitude.
Plus, the drive-through speaker looks like it was broken too by someone ran over to it and we got confused that I thought there was no speaker and she told us rudely there was a speaker.

Hart Chicken Buffet was not open. The speaker at the drive-thru was not audible and not functioning well. However, the food was good.

This place is a staple for down home fried chicken. It's one of the last fast food guilty pleasures. Maybe not good for you but definitely good to you! Just skip dessert!

The chicken had obviously been sitting, probably all day and was definitely not fresh. The fries were also not fresh and were as if they had been fried more than once. Very disappointed, needless to say for the price paid, seriously disappointed. Will I go back to this Hartz location, NOPE!
