Great place for retired community with low budget lunch special. But food was piping hot from a microwave and the best part of the meal being good and fresh was the bean sprouts used as garnish on the dumpling plate

This place use to be good. Now it's a different story. The owner yells at clients which I experienced first hand.
Portion size has gorn down from previous times, ice tea has zero flavor. I'll never waste my money here.

The service and atmosphere may not be the best, but I swear their food is.
Low-key is one of—if not—the best tasting Chinese I've had in my life.

This place is not it. The lady was very nice and the owner told me it had been slow recently but I just thought it was due to the old building. After trying 4 items, honestly the best tasting thing I had was the duck sauce. Everything else left an interesting taste in my mouth but it could just be my preference. Everything tasted and felt off as if it was not made fresh. I should've read reviews first, didn't know they had roaches either. I used to love this place when I was younger and my parents took me... it's not the same.

Used to come by this area more often and knew about this restaurant but never tried it. Today, we stopped by here for lunch. Had Mongolian Chicken and Sesame Chicken lunch specials. Food was very good and meals were a good value for our money. Pleasant atmosphere and good service. It was not that busy but the few customers there seemed like regulars. Also I don't know if there is a drive-thru, but I saw people driving through to pick up food from a side window. We want to come back.
wonton soup have no meat inside the wrap of wonton . i dont mind paying extra for a little more meat i felt like all i ate was soup n wonton wrap! just saying

Please check order before leaving the store. Ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp with mayo and they gave Honey Walnut Shrimp with vegetables. Disappointed when we got home and seen the order was wrong.

I can’t rave enough about how good this food is!! If you haven’t come, get to Hoi Yin now. They have amazing prices, delicious food, and the owner is the kindest person you’ll ever meet. I have come repeatedly and am never let down. Try the wonton soup! No one makes it like they do here.
The best
please don’t eat here. The place is nasty from the time to come thru doors. Counter filled with junk all over and they have their mail on the tables. And that old lady that’s works the front is rude and nasty and they will not get my money. Eat @ your own risk looking thru doors the kitchen needs a good cleaning as well. i didn’t eat anything because her attitude was so nasty and the place was fifty i couldn’t eat their food..
We used to order from this restaurant all the time. They have amazing food. Just recently, they have started serving their fried rice with NO eggs and NO vegetables. When asking the owner, she yelled and demanded not to order from them again. She repeatedly said that they only fry their rice with sauce now. Probably the cost of synthetic eggs and vegetables has reflected on their service and food they provide. Very disappointed and will never order from this restaurant again. It'll be months before they get shut down.
