Clarissa at Hokulia was a please to work with! She was very accommodating to our needs for my daughter’s party and the set up was perfect. Plus the snow cones were delicious. Highly recommend!

Updated to add: the manager Clarissa was extremely helpful and understanding. She addressed the situation promptly & corrected the mistakes. We will be going back to try again.Went there yesterday & had a great experience. So I decided to bring my recently disabled mother in law with me today. The girl at the front has a horrible attitude. We needed a receipt for legal reasons & explained the disability. she told us it would be on the cup. It wasn’t, so we asked her for an email copy. Multiple times. & she kept getting an attitude. I asked her again and explained to her why we needed it. She told me that she’s 15 years old. I said okay. Can I write down the email? She said she was calling her boss. I understand she was having difficulty with the ice, but she could have just written the email down and sent the receipt when she had time. Long story short, if you have someone with special needs who needs to be accommodated. Do not go here.

It is nothing like the real deal in Hawaii. It's more of like a nicer snow cone place than a shave ice place. The syrups ate also not that great. They're just OK.

The service is very kind, and is hiring also. But they were sweet and fast. The food was amazing, the flavors were very good and the ice is good. Although, it's not like the Bahama Bucks ice, this one melts a little bit faster. It's a small little place with a few unshaded tables. But other than that, I would recommend:)

I absolutely love the shaved ice and so does my family. The flavors are strong and delicious. My favorite flavor is the green apple. My only problem is that they are so big, that it takes me forever just to finish the small one. But overall it is delicious and I will always love it.

I really had high hopes for this little stand as it managed to secure a prime spot in front of an H‑E‑B. As you can see from the pictures, I ordered a passion fruit peach shaved ice, I instead got a shaved ice that not only looked orange but tasted purely orange as well. They don’t print receipts, only stick a confirmation of what was made to the side of the cup. Essentially, I won’t be ordering from this franchise or whatever, ever again and still remain hopeful in my quest to find a great shaved ice stand. This one did not make the cut

I absolutely love this place. Every flavor I have tried and it's about 15 now have been delicious. The snow cap with ice cream and Tiger's Blood is HEAVENLY. I found out all of their items are imported directly from Hawaii and it shows. This is GENUINE shaved ice. All I can say is try it for yourself
