Still love this place. The staff is great, food is traditional Cantonese and one of the few sit-down Chinese establishments with class that won’t break the bank!

I've been looking for a good Chinese Restaurant for what seems like forever, different states and two dishes in particular over many restaurants. Newer to the area, read various menus, they have both. The garlic shrimp was one I've missd most, no one compared, til now, wonderful. The egg drop soup, amazing and clarity I don't think I've ever seen. Mongolian beef to go, I was going to risk it but had no need to worry, so good and the wnderful woman who served me, was terrific. Got the Chinese food I've been missing and nice people who run it.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. Unlike most chinese restaurants, staff here was very welcoming. We ordered the salt and pepper shrimp, I highly recommend it. For sure this place is worth a return visit

I've been coming here since grand opening. The food is always good as well as the service. There are tons of Chinese restaurants but only a few that are quality and this one is quality in my opinion.

Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Always friendly staff, good quality and quantity of food that is brought out to the table quickly. The prices are affordable, especially the daily lunch menus. My favorite Chinese spot in and around the Spring area.

The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is delicious. I recommend going earlier in the day not too late as the food may not be as fresh later in the day. The staff is nice and quick! I would recommend them and just use caution on time to visit due to freshness.

Service is absolutely unprofessional. After checking out, our server got upset and demanded we change the tip that we left. She said that “they only get paid $20 from open to close.” Servers are payed in Texas $2.13 per hour + whatever tips they make. As a server in the past, you should NEVER impose on your customers to tip more, especially when it’s a RECOMMENDED amount listed on the receipt. It was even more disappointing to find out from other reviews that this is a CONTINUOUS problem from them whether you dine in or carry out. We will NOT be returning.

Three of us stopped in about 8pm & we’re very pleased with our choice!! Inside it is very clean & there is plenty of comfortable seating. The staff was extremely nice & friendly. They offered some helpful suggestions. When the food came we were all super impressed! The food was delicious and generous portions! When we went to leave, one of the ladies even put my leftover jasmine tea in a to-go cup, which was so nice!!!

Man this is my favorite Chinese place. The food here is in my opinion the best Chinese food around this area. The only downside is that they are closed Mondays ( idk why but I always want Chinese on Mondays ). Haven't had a dish that wasn't good and the portions are amazing. I love their fried rice and fried chicken wings. I highly recommend!

We had such an incredible experience at Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant in Spring! From the moment we walked in, our waitress Linda went above and beyond to make our dinner special. She was attentive, kind, and full of energy, with a spirit that truly made the evening shine.

The food was absolutely amazing—large portions, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Linda’s recommendations were spot-on, and we’re so glad we listened. Everything exceeded our expectations, and what could have been just a simple meal turned into a truly memorable night thanks to her care and thoughtfulness.

We will definitely be coming back and sharing this gem with our friends and family. Linda was the star of the evening, and her service turned our dinner into a five-star experience! Thank you, Linda for making our evening exceptional! 5/5 💫
