Made the mistake of walking past this gem for five years. The hazelnut cream tea is unique and absolutely delicious! Their tapioca pearls are chewy and well cooked. The price is more affordable too, around $5 for a drink. Highly recommend.
A great Boba shop with great service. I go here a lot and every time they make it quickly. They also have a nice place to sit and chat. In a good spot in the shopping mall too with a place where you can look out at the road and other shops.

I love this place. They are clean and they actually give you enough Boba. I’ve been to several places and I do like a lot of popping Boba in my drink. So I usually get double strawberry popping and double green apple popping. When I go to other places they do not double it up. They charge you but, you don’t get many this has always been my complaint. My friend told me about this place and now we go there at least twice a week. Absolutely love the service.
