if i could give this WHOLE business, ive been to 3 different IHOP'S, Missouri, California and now Texas, and they aaalll have horrible service, this AM we went to have breakfast, and AFTER waiting an Hr we were told by the manager it would be an additional Hr wait, because they were "under staffed" which seems to be the norm there! id recommend going somewhere better.. like jack in the box!

The food is really good, however they should hire more workers. You need at least 2 hours to spend to go to eat at ihop at this location. Long waiting time just because workers are doing their best to clean dirty tables. They really need to hire employees!

Our service was horrible, no napkins and once asked they handed us 4 there were more then 4 of us., no refills, food was bland, cold, our server only came 1 time to ask how our food was and to top it all off we paid via IHOP app, so when we got up to leave the waitress ran over asking if we paid like we were about to dine and dash. No excuse when there were only 2 other people in the whole restaurant. It's a real shame the other person there got serviced way better than us.

This location really deserves a NO STAR review. Went to eat a late breakfast there on Sunday 3-10-24 after 1pm. The place was not that busy and the restaurant didn’t look that clean. We were seated right away, but 15 minutes passed and no server ever came by to even offer water to drink. We decided to leave seeing that no one even acknowledge that we still had not been attended. As we were walking out and said why we were leaving, the host didn’t try to fix the issue and a young lady server in a ponytail found it funny and just laughed as we exited the restaurant. Clearly this location is under staffed and POORLY staffed! Ratings will continue to suffer for good reason. Go eat somewhere else where your business will be appreciated!
