Very poor service, seems like only two server serving at lunch time. Took her at least 20 min to get a drink order and 30 min to get the food. Food was cold and below average presentation

Our African seasoned waitress made our visit exceptional!! The food was great and portions better. The meat omelette was so big, almost made for 2!! And I'm a big man! Great service and always had full drinks!

Us and another table had our server disappear and then avoid us for another 15 mins. They didnt pay, we almost didnt. No pen to sign but still wouldnt of tipped.
Second visit, 12pm only one or two other tables and our waitress only brings half of our orders out, only pancakes no hashbrowns or his cold brew. When she does bring it, she apparently put it on another guest’s table and its also just iced coffee. Not the mouthful of a name ‘French Vanilla Creamy Cold Foam Cold Brew’. Maybe go back to writing orders on a notepad.

Yolanda was an amazing server. She wasn't overbearing but showed up exactly when we needed her to. Me and my boyfriend have had a string of bad service and we are so glad that it was Yolanda was the server to break that cycle.

The store is almost empty they are not busy, I got seated fairly quickly, but then was ignored, it's been 15 mins and no coffee, and my order hasn't been taken , I just got up and left , wasted my time

Saturday About 5 to 5:30 p m April 18. This ihop is better laid out & has A comfortable & pleasing appearance. I was greeted immediately from the other side of the room very nice. Hello, Welcome to ihop. I was greeted & seated immediately & Offered a menu at the & Asked my drink Order. My wait staff always Spoke and showed pleasantries throughout my meal, I ordered a side salad with a fish & shrimp platter. They were both so good.I really appreciated the meal. I saw Ihop was filling up with customers, And thought I need to Come back. To this ihop... .This is a better ihop With appearance and staff than The one'sI have been going to For my meals. This ihop is a 10 in my book!!

The food is good but the service was terrible. We had to look for someone to take our order, and then we would not see the server again. We even had to look for him so we could pay our bill. Not a good experience...

Went last Thursday and the servers were incredibly friendly and worked hard to take care of everyone, it looks like it was pretty obviously short staffed but our server still made sure me and my daughter were taken care of.

This is my second time to I-Hop in the last 8 months. Took 1 hour to get some pancakes with an entire 5 tables occupied. I don't fault the staff! Corporate management is terrible and it's sad to see such an iconic franchise get ruined.

March 4th 2025 , Came in for the free short stack of pancakes at ihop , Service in the beginning was ok but then it just progressively got worser and worser after . 1st server got our drink orders wrong then we had a 2nd server . I got the free pancakes , side order of eggs with cheese an hashbrowns. Took over 30 minutes and the first thing to come out was my eggs . We then waited another 30 minutes for just 1 singular food item to come out at a time . Each time we had to keep reminding our waiter of what we were missing or needing. I immediately inspected my pancakes as i do per usual when i noticed the black spec and when i looked closer IT WAS A HAIR !!!!🤮 Completely unprofessional and disgusting. I lost my appetite and told my waitress of the problem and she said ”I will get you a new fresh stack and a manager .” Another 30 minutes went by no manager and no pancakes and when i did receive the new stack they were blank and undercooked . I will not be returning here and they definitely need more training when under”pressure”. Do better IHOP.
