Pancakes were extremely small and when I asked why I was told that they’re cutting costs. The pancakes were the size of the kids silver 5. Also, no host in the front and waiter was being a bit condescending.

This location is always slow in terms of service. I don't blame the workers. I think maybe they are under staffed. I liked the omelets they cook. I like that they have different pancake flavors by season. Lastly, My daughter's mac n cheese was dry.

Ylonda was our server this morning and honestly she gave us the best service I've experienced in several years. Food was brought out in a reasonable amount of time compared to how busy the restaurant and it was rather tasty. When I get another craving for IHOP, I'll be sure to stop by and ask for Ylonda again 💜

I came her on my birthday and the waiter was gracious enough to help me get birthday pancakes. Wonderful service, luckily we came when it wasn’t busy. The food was amazing and my sister got to get a birthday meal too!!! Ms. Yolanda

Walked in for breakfast and there was a couple in front of us waiting to be seated. Nobody was at the hostess station. We were all looking around for someone to seat us. After standing in the entry for a few minutes, a server finally looked up from a chair, got up, and walked over to seat everyone. The second we sit down, a server approaches us and says “what do you want to drink?”. I hadn’t even picked up the menu yet. I ordered ONE plate of food and it took 25 minutes to get it. There were only a few tables that were occupied at the time, so it wasn’t busy, and I kept hearing my server yell into the kitchen that she was waiting on my food to be plated. We had no idea how much longer the wait would be as servers were not telling us anything. We were just about to get up and walk out when the food finally came out. While we were eating, a line begin to form at the entry door of people waiting to be seated, with nobody at the hostess station. I paid over $15 for a ridiculously long wait and one plate of cold food— I will not be returning.

The store manager was so rude I wish someone could call me back on this she would not give me her name this was a horrible experience please be careful going there
If I could give 0 stars I would, sat down 40 minutes never got our food. We could see right in the kitchen, the girls were so loud and using foul language. You could hear them playing around all through the diner. When food would come up 5-6 different hands would touch each plate as they hovered over all the guests food. I pass by this location all the time and wonder why it's empty and now I see why. Now the front house staff and our waiter was amazing but that's it!

**Edit. Went today and once again, no receipt with the proper barcode on it. Server was GREAT. A young gentleman. Still not a very clean place. Food was on the floor as we walked to our table and I had to wipe food off of my chair. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR THE NEW PAN COIN PROGRAM. I frequent this location and the service and food presentation are usually not the best. Easter Sunday, we had a waitress that was very attentive, great customer service and food was served that looked as it should have. My pancakes were cold, however, waitress, took them right back and brought me hot ones. I can't remember her name, but we sat in front of the kitchen entrance and she was an African American lady. Excellent visit!

waited atleast 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered and our server wasn’t even the one to give us our drinks. We got here at 10:56am its currently 12:00pm and we just have our drinks and no food. Theres not even alot of customers so i dont understand why its taking such a long time. Just do everyone a favor and please close down this location or have new management.

Our order was wrong we paid with a gift card it was $50 The mail was 28 I left $3 tip and the waiter did not give me back the gift card went back talked to the manager she would see what she could do it's been 3 weeks hadn't heard from him yet

The Kuykendahl location seems to lack staff. Stood waited to be seated with my family for 6-7 minutes and not once did anyone appear. I also noticed a table of 3 that seemed confused as it appears the haven't been helped either but seated. This location has been on a significant decline but have gotten it a couple of additional tries but seems to not have improved at all. My family and I will NOT be going back to this location.
