Me, my wife, and 16 year old daughter visited the new location on Rayford rd in Spring Tx, where I ordered a peach mango smoothie with mango boba, the man that took my order spoke very broken English. It was very apparent to me that he was having trouble taking my order as I had to give it to him more than once. When he completed the order I am not sure what he gave me but it wasn’t a smoothie. When I brought it to his attention he told me that I didn’t order a smoothie and that he repeated my order, I repeated that I did order a smoothie, my wife also confirmed that I ordered a smoothie, he once again told me that he repeated my order and refused to exchange the drink for what I actually ordered, I could not believe his smug attitude, especially in front of my wife and daughter. I took the drink and assured him that we would not be back and that he would lose our business. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know, and surely WILL NOT be back.
