We visited for the first time an we were in love. From the flavors, aromas and the presentation. Food was tasty. My wife is being asking me to try Peruvian food for a long time. But we never had the opportunity. I didn’t even know this restaurant was so close to me and my family. Now it will be part of the regular restaurant rotation.

I had a fantastic experience at Inka Brasas! I ordered the whole Peruvian rotisserie chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was rich, smoky, and perfectly seasoned – you can really taste the authentic Peruvian spices. I highly recommend.
The chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection, with crispy skin that added just the right texture. You can tell they take pride in their preparation – it’s not your average rotisserie!

This place, without a doubt has the best Peruvian food around! We live about 45 minutes away and the drive was well worth it. Edgar took very good care of us. This place is amazing!
The only think missing was the garlic bread and dipping sauce like in the image attached, but I know every place is unique.
