By far my favorite Island Grill location. Food is always consistent, staff is very friendly, and always so clean. Compared to the other houston locations, I find that the food quality and portions are always much better. Stopped in last night for a late dinner. Shoutout April, she was my server and was so kind and attentive!! Will definitely be back

I have been here a few times because I enjoy the area. What drew me in is the promise of healthier food options. The smoothies are decent. The service is good in that the line to order moves quickly and the food arrives in an acceptable amount of time. There are no full booths but half booths are comfortable. They also have indoor and outdoor sitting options and plugs in a few spots for the laptop. However, the food isn't great. I asked for eggs scrambled medium. They arrived cold and rubbery with no seasoning. The French toast was burnt around the edges. I added the fried chick to the order, it was fried waaaay too hard, and again, not seasoned. Flavorless I honestly wanted to get a refund because on top of not being enjoyable, it's pricey. Things I ordered on other occasions were not as bad as today, but were unremarkable. In summary, it's a nice restaurant except for the food.
