On Monday I went to have lunch with my husband and have been sick ever since. First started off with feeling sick to my stomach to having really bad stomach cramps. Today is Thursday 10/10/2024. My stomach is still hurting like I just did 800 sit ups. My lymph node behind my left ear is swollen. I never experienced anything like this.

First fast foods restaurant I've been in a while that has super clean dinning area and clean, clean restrooms. It smells clean as you walk in and it is clean. The food, was great, made to order, fresh and tasty.

Ordered on the Jack in the box app, they didn’t have the popcorn chicken so I requested loaded tiny tacos as a substitute. Didn’t receive them, but 9/10 times they always forget items when I order online. Save yourself money and don’t order online from this place. I’ve learned my lesson. Also they NEVER answer the phone when I call to try and get a refund.

I'm so sorry. I'm don't how I did that review. It may be that I committed a mistake while I was eating my burrito and I press my phone screen that was open. I think we was served very good. The people and and the food was wonderful.
I have given this place SEVERAL chances to redeem themselves only because it’s CONVENIENT, but unfortunately, each and every time I am disappointed… so today is the day… the last straw that absolutely makes me want to 100% avoid this place like the plague :/ terrible service, Everyone looks and sounds like they hate their job and everyone that comes through for job related services :(Today, I made a conscious effort to smile even though I’m being frowned at -__- drove away feeling like I’m the bad guy… no more bad vibes from this location towards me. Especially when I ask for a receipt (i have every right to ask) and I’m looked at like “ugh” ?? yeah, I’ll take my receipt so you don’t keep it and add up all the points on our dime ????????????????Never coming back here.
