Evidently this Jack In The Box doesn't have diaper changing stations in the restroom. I had to eat my lunch with a lady changing her baby's diaper on a table in from of me. I told the staff about it after the lady left with her baby, but they really didn't seem concerned. Makes you wonder what goes on, on restaurant tables.

I went through the drive through window order my food made sure I talked clear and loud through that speaker got my order looked at it before I pulled off look like they put 4 hands of lettuce on each of my tacos 🌮 I’m not a rabbit 🐇 so the girl working the window open the window and all the girls working inside peeping around the corner and the others girls was standing right there at the window that was kind of weird to me and was just looking at me so the girl that took my order asked what’s wrong with my tacos I handed her the bag with my tacos she opened the bag pulled out the tacos and pulled the taco out the white paper and touched the taco 🌮 she took the bag and closed the window came back and handed me a bag with fresh white paper with the tacos 🌮 in there I pulled off handed my 9 year old her taco and started eating my 🌮 not realizing those was the same taco 🌮 the girl at the window touched with her nasty hands my daughter had finish her taco 🌮 before I realized it was the same tacos 🌮 I’m calling the health department on them and if anything happens to me and my daughter it was because of this NASTY JACK IN THE BOX EMPLOYEES WILL BE GETTING ME A LAWSUIT

Went to order thru drive thru about 10 minutes ago. Lady was extremely rude from the jump so I just decided to leave. I frequent this jack in the box a lot but recently I’ve realized management does not care how there customers are treated and if their food quality is up to par with the company standards so I’ll take my business to the one down the street where they care about their service and customers

The last 2 times i have gone here they have screwed up my order. One time my tacos were COLD and the other time they cheated me out of one. I stopped at this location on my way home from errands so i eidnt realize until i got home and am not about to drive the 10 minutes back to get the issue fixed. I wont be going to this location again. Waste of time and money

If I can give zero stars I would. My wife and I came 6/14/25 at 11:30 pm through drive thru. Actually craving there tacos. Well we were told that they had a rush and that they had to go ahead and clean the store. They weren't taking orders. Well look I'm a general manager of a restaurant. I've worked in fast food as well. I've heard of maybe closing 10-15 minutes early max due to low product....but a whole hour and a half is crazy!! The general manager of this location should know, and hopefully they are NOT okay with this. This is how you lose business because next time I'd rather drive the extra 15min to a different location or just have a different food place in general I will NOT be back here.

6/12 i stop there for a meal because I was very hungry order the super smasher burger got my order but after 2 bites I notice that the meat smells weird like is already bad meet when back and ask for refund but they try not to give refund but later they give me a refund be careful if you order from this place , I hope i don't get sick ...
