To be fair, it was a little late, but still.... they got out order all wrong, and it took way way too long to get our food. We didn't order anything weird either. The kids working there had zero shits to give . I wouldn't even complain except this seems to happen at this location quite often.
According to it, it is 24 hours, but several times I have had it closed at night, and not only this location but also the one inside Rayford Rd. Each time these 2 locations go lower

Jack in crack is my go to spot for fresh made to order fast food. The sourdough burger and a meat lovers burrito are favorites. Guys do better with your curly fries.

We spent 40+$ here last night. None of our order was correct. When we got home and noticed nobody would even answer the phone. WhilevI was waiting in the dining room the workers just stood around talking and cutting up. It took almost 45 minutes to get my food. This place is horrible. The customer service was horrible and the food was prepared right. The bathroom was nasty and there was trash in the dining area. I would not recommend this Jack in the box to my dog.

I work close to the Jack in the box, so I come in fairly often. It's common to sit at a drive through for 10+ minutes without an employee talking to you. One particular instance I waited so long I decided to just go inside, sure enough they were all laughing and joking around in the back. Today I decided to go in at 6:20 to get breakfast and the one counter person opened the door for me and left the restaurant entirely. It was locked from the outside so other people couldn't get in and a cook from the back told us to leave because of "no service". This is ridiculous...
I went there yesterday 09-29-24with my family all the doors was locked but it was ppl sitting down in there eating they wouldn't open the door my mother is 62 and it was hot shewalked to the drive thru window and ask why the doors was locked their answer was lack of staff but y'all had another family sitting in the dining area eating we wanted to do the same don't recommend anyone goes especially if you don't look like them you not getting in and it's ashame we had to leave and go to Wendy's and sit down and eat I wanted breakfast food From Jack in the box

Jack in the Box rarely disappoints. Kiddo loves the mini tacos, I like the monster tacos or the regular ones, in app they are still .99 so you can’t beat that! This place has friendly workers and is always attention to detail, definitely recommend this place for a quick bite!
