Usually our experiences have been very good at this location. But today it was just the opposite. We ordered online, immediately went to pick it up, arrived at the time the order was ready etc. The fries were cold and stale, the tacos cold and hard, and the hamburgers barely warm. Then on top of that they got our drink orders wrong. Hopefully this is a one up mess up because if it happens again then we’ll have to go elsewhere.

I got food poising from the tacos ! The worker was nice just a little busy I went through the drive through at 2 am. I think they gave me some old tacos. I am so sick :(.

Went inside and placed an order on the kiosk. Ordered 3 egg rolls, wedges, and a medium drink. Waited 20min for my order before asking what's up at the counter. They tell me they don't have wedges, no biggie substitute waffle fries. Waited another 25min and has to go ask what's up again. The girl hands me my bag of food and there was no sauce in the bag. Go up to the counter and ask for sauce. She had an attitude and said there was 2 in the bag. I go and grab the bag and show her there's nothing in there. She says I must have taken them out and handed me 1 sauce and said she would have to charge me more. Fine no biggie. I'll be a Kevin and call your manager.
I ordered Sour Patch Twisted Soda and they gave me the Lemonade. I called spoke to Cindy the manager and was told instead of receiving a correction or refund for their making the drink incorrectly. I should submit a complaint on line. The kitchen printer even says Sourp Twist Large and they gave me a reg lemonade.
