Women with my wife and got a lot of food and the food was hot fresh and delicious. But also I accidentally left my phone here and kaitlin make sure to give me the phone and make sure it was me the right person she was giving it to. Thank you so much

They reduced the size of all drinks but still charge the same amount. Shrinkflation my behind, it's just corporate greed. They did bring back cheddar wedges though...too little, too late. Hope this fast food chain becomes obsolete soon.

Even after ordering on the app and showing up when it said my order is ready, it still took them over 10 minutes to get my food with zero customers inside and one car in the drive thru.
Place is absolute trash. Employees are rude!!!

Horrible customer service. Took over 25 mins to get food. Manager Juan Garcia, was completely rude, and unaccountable trying to cover himself and pass of the blame onto his young employees. Ended up not even being the right order. I think it was done on purpose. Beware.

I came to location for breakfast, and the manager tells me that this small cup is the medium size cup..no maam it’s not I’ve ordered previous times from jack in the box and idk if they trying to steal ppl money or whatever but ik dang well I was supposed to receive the cup size next to this one! This size always been what comes with order which is small. Give people what they paid for! I asked for medium! I won’t return idk what they have going on or she don’t know her sizes as a manager

I never have a bad experience at jack in the box, I always get everything I asked for and it’s nice a hot. The guy working the drive thru last night was so nice and went the extra mile to give me what I wanted bc I wanted loaded fries but with the cheese & toppings on the side. Food was yummy.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars just in this location alone, please look up my account. I ordered 10 tacos and a jalapeno cheddar side. I got a total of 1 single buttermilk ranch sauce. Seriously? Last time I’ll ever go to this Jack in the Box, actually, any jack in the box after this.

Good lord. Pulled up to order and we get yelled at.. didnt even start to order and it was “WHAT”? “WHAT ELSE”… umm okay.. so we got one person yelling and another that looks stoned. Lovely service.

Customer service was terrible. The order numbers don't match the computer so my order has been wrong the last two times I've been in there. The store is dirty Major cobwebs above the eating tables in the lobby.

I spoke clearly and slowly yet they still managed to mess up my order. Then when I brought up the incorrect order they began to have a fit as if I’m the one that pushed the wrong button on the damn screen.

Gave them my card to pay for what should have been on my order to begin with, and I STILL paid for the wrong food because they put the order in wrong AGAIN. I’d rather starve to death than eat here again.
