I just wanna say, whoever made my tacos tonight, on the very late Thursday night (11/14) around midnight, a mobile pick up order, they made it like they look on the pictures!!! And they were so good! Let your manager know you deserve to leave early tomorrow!!!! lol

Hadn't been to a JNTB in years. Just happened to come to one to go to the RR and thought I'd order two call tacos. After coming from the RR, I was surprised I was still standing there for an additional 5 more minutes, employees looking at me with a simple look on their faces before they decided to finally give me my mere small order of tacos. I can say it has been years that I been to one and I will never return to one, least not for food, that's for sure.

Came further take out @ 10pm. There was a sign on the drive through that said “sorry we are closed” but someone still took my order which i found strange. My food was missing the meat so I opened the bun to see if anything else was missing and i found a long ass hair in my food.
I’m assuming the workers put the sign to avoid working, i should have known not to order because that was really nasty and took my appetite away.

Tacos were soggy. Egg rolls were over cooked. Almost burnt.
Did not get any sauces i asked for in the drive thru. So very dry burnt tasting egg rolls. No taco sauce. Wont be back...
It's good, but it's always busy. Update: 6/18 I am highly disappointed with these burnt French toast sticks!!! It wasn't even busy and they burned them!!! I get these all the time, but unfortunately I will not be enjoying this. Smh.I wish I could upload this picture!!! Ridiculous! No longer a loyal customer.
