I hadn’t been to Jack in the Box in years, even though I live right next to this location. I decided to give it a try, but honestly, the experience was disappointing. The bacon Chicken sandwich was extremely salty and far from crispy it was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. The onion rings were just as tough, almost inedible. For the price I paid, I could’ve gone to Whataburger like I usually do. I only stopped by because it was close to where I’d been shopping, but I won’t be making that mistake again. The best part of the meal was the Coke, which says a lot.

The fries is like SHOWER WITH SALT !!!!! What is wrong with the staff here. I CANT EVEN EAT MY FRIES!! Very disappointed, just spoil my lunch and wasting my money. That’s kitchen staff should never put in the kitchen.

I see yall get so many bad reviews maybe listen to them and do something about the staff at this establishment, not only did they mess my order, gave me a whole different order I went inside to get my correct order waited an extra 10 mins, didn’t get a receipt and the chicken sandwich was raw in some parts. I worked in the food industry and this is unacceptable

This jack in box is backkkk … curly fries and there sourdough jack made me feel like food I got back in the 90s so fresh and amazing … egg rolls are a lost cause now but amazing curly fries and fast fresh .. best fast food in the area !

The whole time I've been there, they never give me my orders incorrectly. I went in 5 minutes ago asking for a number 5, no onions. I repeated it 3 times to the girl at the Drive-Thru, and my burger still had onions when they gave it to me.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Someone should not wait for 20+ minutes for 2 tacos while all the employees sit around playing on their phone. Half the time, they don't even get a simple order correct. The bathrooms are disgusting and so is the lobby.

I experienced an excruciatingly slow service today. I found myself waiting in the drive-through for nearly 30 minutes just to receive a meal intended for one person. The anticipation stretched on as time seemed to crawl, making the simple act of picking up food feel like an eternity.

No receipt gevin. Then gave me half of my food to get cold and made me wait 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich that I've never had take that long and then once I received the chicken sandwich it had rotten lettuce and so much sauce sprayed on to the bun that it was soggy and not edible. Thanks for the special sauce that I've never had on the grilled chicken sandwich Grossed me out and made me wonder if she spit in it. Was there looking in to the kitchen and wached you stare at screen while food burt in the fryer. I guess if you want some brunt fryed Food seems like that pops right out of there.
